We were out of town when a hugh tree limb fell on our roof and smashed the turbine. Our daughter in fear of the impending storm and possible leak in the roof, contacted Royal Roofing and spoke with the business owners directly reassuring her that they would send someone out. Their response was timely, they removed the debris from the roof that the limb left, replaced the turbine and checked for additional damage as well, which luckily there was no more damage. I would highly recommend Royal Roofing for any other of my roofing needs.

They did some re-roofing and flashing to try to repair this leak. In the end they could not find the leak and refunded us the entire amount.

They went above & beyond to make everything perfectly right. They were very detailed oriented & very dedicated to doing it right. They cared about my house & they were clean. Charlie, the salesman, went over things as many times as needed to get it right. He is one of the hardest working people that I have ever known. If there was anything I wanted changed, they changed it. They were just wonderful. They really care about your home & care about doing right.

CHARLIE WAS ON TIME FOR APPT. ALL WORK OCCURRED AS HE PROMISED, AND NO PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED UNTIL ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE ENTIRE AREA AROUND MY HOME WAS CLEAN WHEN THEY LEFT.
