He came by and looked at our spot of mold, he tried to find a source for where the mold could have come from and told me step by step how to remove it. He said that it would be really easy to get rid of and could easily do it ourselves!! We have removed the mold, when I finished he still even communicated with me when I wanted to make sure it was all gone!! He did great! If we ever have an infestation (I hope not, but if we do) I will contact him first!!!

The remediation process was very timely and smooth. The section of contaminated ceiling was removed and all mold in the area between the ceiling and the sub floor above the ceiling was eliminated. Photos of the remediation process were taken and provided to me. RestoPros worked closely with a mold inspection contractor to ensure the mold was removed and provided me with a certificate stating all mold was gone. RestoPros also put me in touch with another contractor who repaired the ceiling. This contractor did an excellent job and the closet is back in pre-mold condition.

We removed the tile in the den. We noticed that it had a black something on the floor. I called Resto Pros to make sure it was not mold. They made an appointment and came out to check. They were very honest and told me that it was what was used years ago to glue the tiles down. They looked and gave me the great news!

We called on Restropros as they were recommended not only by 3 other companies but also by Angie's List. Mike was called out to look and give his ideas of what needed to be done. We found out we were not talking about a little mold but a horrendous garden of mold that was growing in our crawl space and creeping up through the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Teas Mold Inspectors were brought in to not only verify that it was mold but also to test the air and test different areas of the mold to see if toxic or not. With as much mold as was growing it was toxic and my mother had to move out. That was an undertaking itself This company was very professional in everything they did. It took several days of cleaning by soda blasting. The home was finally rid of the mold in the crawl space and along the kitchen and bathroom walls. Pictures had been taken and everything was put in its place before they left, except for what we knew would have to be replaced. Restropros did a great job... I feel in some respects that they went over and beyond what they needed to do.

We had a leaking window that had mold build up inside our house. RestoPro evaluated the problem, and quickly scheduled the mold removal process. The process took a couple of days and there were air scrubbers in our house for about a week. The clean up was excellent. Mike answered all questions promptly and was always professional. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

I bid three companies from Angie's list on the project. RetoPros was the lowest of the three. They were not selected only on the low cost; Mike explained everything, was honest, down to earth & appeared to be a man of his word. Not that the others were not those things but he was the best at instilling confidence in the work he would do & the end result. They were prompt, efficient & good at communicating with me on the process. Only one issue in that the guys disposed of the baseboards they removed & they were to be kept/re-used. When I pointed that out to Mike, there was no discussion, he said he would replace them at his cost at the time required in the rebuild process....and he did. I would recommend them without reservation.

I discovered mold in my master bathroom about a year after purchasing my home. The ReBath shower was installed poorly, and water had been leaking for a long period of time into the walls surrounding the shower. I called three vendors out for estimates, and was very impressed with Mike's estimate and professionalism. He spent time walking me through the mold remediation process, and working within my needs. His crew came out the morning of our scheduled remediation day and immediately set to work. They set up containment and set to work removing all elements from my bathroom (vanity, countertop, shower, toilet). Lucio and Dustin gave me frequent updates as they worked, letting me know how to process was going. By the end of the day, it was apparent that the damage was more extensive and that my living room would need to be contained and remediated. Dustin and Lucio came back two days later, allowing the room to dehumidify an extra day due to rain, to complete the work. They set up containment in my living room on their second work day. Mike came out during the second work day to check on progress and reassure me that things were going to work out. The remediation was nearly finished at the end of the day. Dustin and Lucio came back for one more morning, to foam all wall studs and sill plates. I was extremely impressed with RestoPros. We were glad and thankful to work with them, and blessed personally by Mike McNatt. If given the choice between using RestoPros and any other mold remediation company in Dallas, please choose RestoPros. They do good work and work honestly and fairly.

I called Restopros two times and talked to Mike about a potential mold issue. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained the mold remediation and testing process. I set up an appointment but over the weekend we determined what I thought was mold was actually termites. I called Mike to cancel the appointment. Even though I did not use him, I was very impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to help.

I feel that Mike was fair, reasonable and professional. We were about to be bilked by another company for about 3 times the cost...and they were not addressing the underlying issue. Also, they did not use an independent assessor. I am understanding that the practice of hiring an independent assessor is the right way to go. Otherwise, where is the check and balance? I believe Mike is the real deal. Would I use him again? I am hoping I will never need to! But if ever the need arises with us or anyone we know...Mike will be the call!

I called him and he went to the house the next day to review the problem. He was very nice and friendly and was very informative. I will use him when we are ready to do the job.

We had some water damage in a wall and were concerned about the possibility of mold. He came out and told us exactly how to remediate it ourselves. He gave us step by step instructions that were extremely easy to follow. He was up front and very honest. Another company quoted their services for $1500. I am very happy that I found them on Angie's list and that they didn't take advantage of us.

The work was performed well, but timing was an issue. The initial phase of work (prior to identifying the additional exposure) was completed quickly, but they had not anticipated a larger job, so had not planned resources accordingly and we ended up having to wait for resources to become available. In the meantime, the enclosures that took up half our kitchen and master bathroom had to remain in place with huge, NOISY fans running until the entire job was complete, so we ended up with them in the middle of our living spaces for over two weeks. It made life miserable far longer than we had originally anticipated. During the delay we had to constantly call the owner to get status updates on when the job was going to be finished because he was not as proactive about providing that information as we would have liked. All in all, the work they did was satisfactory. The timing and communication was less than desirable.

He was upfront, honest, and explained we only needed a simple cleaner, which I could do myself.

After the initial work failed to remove all of the mold, RestoPros stood behind their guarantee, and they continued to clean additional areas until all areas passed the air quality testing.
