Description of Work: I used the services of Raymond's Home Remodeling and Repairs over a year ago in March. They tiled my bathroom, put in a new vanity and a new toilet. They also fixed my shower.

drywall, handyman service
 + 0 moreScheduled and arranged for one of our customers. They did give a fair price and showed promptly. Customer didn't let them in. Wasn't their fault but how they handled that was unprofessional.

 + -1 moreall jobs went well. he works slowly but very methodically with perfection. he was responsive and came on time with a detailed emailed estimate. he brought his materials and stayed neat. the only additional costs were due to my change orders
Description of Work: ray has done three jobs for me. he did a series of odd jobs in my home-including tiling a fireplace, repairing and reconstructing a deck and most recently re-tiling a bathroom. he is very methodical and does an excellent job. the final result is ttrue to his original estimate. he is a very professional worker and a kind gentlemen. i have recommended him to others and would use him again. he and his crew also cleaned up nicely after the job was finished

deck cleaning
 + -1 moreI am in a wheelchair and could not use my deck due to rotten areas. Mr. Valencia made a bid and began work the next day. He tore out the rotten areas, redid the underlying support and replaced the rotted deck and made it match what was still in good shape. He saved me alot of money. He does quality work and leaves the area completely clean after he is through. I have used Mr. Valencia before and am always satisfied with his work and prices.
Description of Work: Repaired my patio deck. It had deteriorated and numerous areas were dangerously in need of replacement. He gave me a good estimate, replaced the areas that were rotten and made the deck look like new again.

handicap equipment
 + -1 moreMr. Valencia was highly recommended to me by a friend. I am a very large lady in a wheelchair and he built me an outside ramp and an inside ramp down two stairs to my living room. He made bathroom modifications to accommodate my handicap and also repaired numerous things in my home that I had broken with my wheelchair. He was unusually tidy for a workman, preparing most of the materials outside and entering only to install or repair. Mr. Valencia quoted me a price that was well below what other workmen had bid for the ramps. Both ramps are extremely well made and sturdy enough to make me feel entirely safe using them. And the one inside is finished out with a banister and does not detract from my home at all. He was dependable and prompt and came exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend him for any home repairs or remodeling.
Description of Work: Mr. Valencia built an outside wheelchair ramp and also an inside ramp with a banister down two stairs into my living room. He made installed handicap bars in my bathroom and made repairs to areas I had damaged with my wheelchair. He repaired door frames I had damaged and installed ceiling fans. He put up shelves within my reach and put rollers on some of my larger furniture to assist me in cleaning from a wheelchair. He repaired sheetrock in many places and painted those areas I had damaged with my wheelchair.
