They are very responsive. They are very efficient and they qualified for the City of Garland rebate incentives and they matched me up with their requirements and units were fantastic, so quiet and so comfortable. I would use them again.

Sam at QSA gave me a detailed bid for removing my 15 year old inefficient 4 & 5 ton Lennox AC units and 80% gas furnaces. He also explained the features of the new units such as 2 speed compressors and three stage furnaces (blowers) and how much efficient they would be because of the ability to control humidity within the home. Sam was also very knowledgable about rebates offered by the local utility if the units met or exceeded their efficiency criteria, rebates if I replaced the old ductwork with more efficient ductwork and rebates offered by BRYANT for the new units. This reduced my costs significantly. I have never had BRYANT units before but they are manufactured by UNITED TECHNOLOGIES who also manufactures CARRIER and they are the identical units just with a different nameplate. Just as AMERICAN STANDARD and TRANE are identical. I have had TRANE units before and I must say the BRYANT units are so far superior I would never consider Trane again. They keep my home so comfortable and cost so little to operate I can't believe it! Also, the infinity thermostats are so sophisticated they constantly monitor the systems and even tell you the temperature outside. Sam has phoned and stopped by several times if I have a question and just to make sure the systems are operating at peak efficiency. His price was $10,000 less than the lowest of the other three bids I obtained not to mention he was referred by a friend who had used him and had a very good experience to. He pulled all required permits (make sure you hire someone that does that) and the city inspector commented it was one of the best installs he had ever seen. All in all, I would use Sam and QSA again in a heartbeat! Feel free to contact me with any question. Mark 214-662-9275
