Description of Work: In anticipation of putting my house on the market, I decided to do a termite check. Because two friends spoke highly of this company, I was not on my guard when the salesman came to my home. Consequently, with very little additional information, I purchased a "termite treatment", although he never found termites in my home. The technician arrived on time and spent a couple of hours around my home. The bill was divided into three payments to be deducted from my checking account. Again, I take responsibility for agreeing to this because two friends use this company. I DID NOT do my homework. Today, March 24, 2012 the saleman calls me and wants to know if I wanted to purchase another contract for 190.00+ dollars (?) to keep the previous one in effect. At that time I asked him if they were going to come out and reinspect my home for termites. He said, "No", unless I saw them. I was surprised. I did not intend to buy another contract without some more information. Again, he said they do not come out again. I told him I would contact Angie's list for a free termite inspection, and if the second company found termites, I would call Premier back to treat. Frankly, I would not trust Premier to find ants. The Premier technician was polite and professional. Since I know very little about termites, I have no idea of the quality of the wok. The salesman was the problem. Moral of the story, Do your homework.
