I will never use Mike Dickerman and North Dallas Plumbing and Leak, LLC. I have a gas leak in my house in between walls and scheduled appointment with Mike for inspection and repair. Spoke to him on Aug 27 about the issue and schedule appointment for Sep 7th, which was the earliest appointment available, and I was willing to wait for him because he was a strong referral. Text messaged him 9:30am on Sep 7th to re-confirm appointment and time of arrival but did not receive any reply, called him at 4pm and was told he is busy and couldn't make it that day, he did not apologize or even fell bad for not informing me about the cancellation and sounded like that's the way it is. Fine, I needed his to fix the gas leak so I rescheduled a 3:30pm appointment for the next day Sep 8th. By 4pm on Sep 8th he did not show up so I called him and text messaged him, but he has not return my call or text message since. After waiting him for 2 weeks all I got is no returning calls, no cancellation and replying text message for no reason. I'm dealing with a gas leak, not a clogged toilet, this is just flat out irresponsible and inconsiderate. I rarely write reviews but had to get it out my chest and hope no one gets this kind of experience.
