I noticed water running down the pool deck from the hose connection. When I checked it was below the connection and it looked like it was the pipe. I called Michael and he said he could come the next morning. I wasn't going to be home, but he said he could fix it without me there. When I got home the next day it was all fixed and he left his bill to be paid. I was very satisfied that he was able to take care of this so efficiently. I have had Michael as my Plumber for a number of years and he was fixed a gas leak, installed a water heater, unstopped my toilets, etc. He's my go-to guy.

Michael arrived on time. Performed services efficiently. Cleaned up everything. Was nice. Explained features of water heater. Price quoted was price of repair. Will hire him again for additional work that needs to be done around house.

Michael is always prompt, works quickly, and I've never had any problems with this work.

The experience was more than I expected. He fit me in, got here early, go the job done in a timely manner and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for his work.

It went great! Although Mr. Nance's company is in Richardson, he said he could be at our house in North Dallas in just over an hour. He arrived a few minutes early! Mr. Nance was very personable and professional. He got right to work and had the new plumbing in place in less than an hour for a very fair price. We would highly recommend him.

We found the cabinet under a sink full of water. The packing on the isolation valve stem was leaking. We decided to replace all of this valve type as one had leaked 6 months before as well. Got a recommendation from a friend at church, and called Michael. He's a bit far from where we live so it took a week for him to come out (it wasn't an emergency). Arrived on time, was friendly but did the work efficiently. Brought all the valves and accessories necessary for the job, and did it well. All valves held pressure without need to redo. I'd use Nance Plumbing on future jobs, as long as the distance he has to travel isn't a problem.

It went great. I called that morning and he was able to come by early afternoon.

I have used Michael Nance several times for various plumbing problems and repairs, he is very responsive and professional.

$125 for each install, plus tax. Toilets look great, and work great!

Overall, this was a great experience. Michael was easy to deal with, prompt in returning calling and diligent in follow-up. He was flexible in coming out to provide an estimate, and then when it was time for the work to be done, the job was done quickly, cleanly and at a fair price. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

I called Mike around 12 noon and he was here at 12:45. He said he was coming at 1:00 so he was 15 minutes early. I was very pleased with his promptness. He went to work immediately cleaning out my sewer lines. He left at approximately 2:15 pm. He was very pleasant, professional and hard working. I will definitely call him again.

It was awesome. First, he was exactly on time. He assessed the issue and had his assistant start removing the old pipe while he went to the store to get a new flange and wax ring. They were finished in less than an hour. Michael is an extremely honest and professional man. I will hire him again and again!

Michael worked longer and harder than either one of us thought the job would require. He had the tools and the expertise which made the difference in getting the problem resolved.

Fabulous. He is such a professional and I won't call another plumber. I'd rather wait for him to do the job because I know it's done right. We've actually called him several other times that I haven't listed here, and every time has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent as usual. I have used Michael Nance several times over the years. He is honest, dependable and will fix any issues (IF they arise, usually there are no issues with his work!) Michael is very willing to meet you at a time that is convenient for everyone (after work, early in the morning etc). He replaced the sprinkler valve that was leaking quite a bit of water. He did start to leak again within a day or two but he returned promptly (on a Saturday, to repair the leak, and at no additional charge). He also fixed one of my hot water heaters that was not heating water properly, and unclogged a drain in one of the shower/tubs. Plumbing can be expensive and this is a company you can trust to get the job done right and at a reasonable price.

The bathtub drain broke and flooded the downstairs half bath on Sunday morning, so I was really in a bind. No place to take a shower before going to work. After finding Nance Plumbing on Angie's List, I made an appointment for Michael Nance to come out Monday afternoon late. After he came out and reviewed the problems, he said that he would come back on Tuesday. I also asked him to buy the washer hoses and the toilet, which he did. He came to the house on Tuesday and completed all the work. I was very pleased to be able to use the shower again. The new toilet is a big improvement over the one which was removed. Knowing that the washer hoses have been replaced gives me peace of mind that they will be good for several years.

Very excellent review! Clean up afterwards, and was very friendly the whole time in my house! I would highly recommend the small company over a big one any day!

I contacted Michael about installing leak detectors on my washer hoses. He explained that I could achieve the same protection from accidental flooding by replacing the old hoses with good metal braided hoses. I scheduled the appointment and he installed the new hoses, tested the lines, and fixed a clogged dishwasher hose while he was here.

Everything went very well, no surprises.

Michael is always on time and finishes work quickly. He conveniently schedules repairs around your schedule, including late afternoon and evenings. He has corrected plumbing problems with simple, effective solutions that other plumbers told me it was not possible without major work.
