MY CARPET CLEANER

While cleaning my air ducts the technician sprayed Kilz "the paint primer" into my vents and whether that's proper or not - they did not cover my furniture or floors and they splattered Kilz all over my brown sofa. I came around the corner and immediately saw the damage. They also got it on a new rug (the abstract design hid a lot of it so I was willing to let that go at the time) and a black drum stool and areas of the floor beneath the vents. After contacting the owner (Shane) for his insurance I discovered the tech didn't even mention what happened. That's when Shane said he didn't want to put it on his insurance and asked me to allow them to try and fix it so I let them try, it was unsuccessful and only further damaged the cushion. I texted him after not hearing anything for 2 days and he refuses to respond or answer my calls. And he is refusing to tell me who his insurance company is. I sent him a Zelle request and nothing, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

They were very nice and I liked them. They did a good job and weren?t too expensive either. They were just great.

They were on time and the owner came out to do the work. I don't think that they cleaned the carpet as well as it had been cleaned before. To me it looks like it isn't as clean or that he didn't get all of the residue off from the solution he used. The only other thing was that they wanted cash and I prefer to use checks.

I called Shane on a Saturday, he wasn't working but said he'd call back on Monday to set up an appointment which he did. I told he generally what I needed done and he gave me a ball park estimate of $100. He showed up on time and after looking at the job said the serious dirt would require an additional $20 which I agreed to. Work was complete in 35 minutes. Looked much better when complete, a few areas were dingy but I think this more wear than dirt (these are cheap carpets). Downsides- Shane works fast and doesn't move anything. If you have furniture or leaves or anything on the carpet, he will go around it. He is great for vacant houses or commercial work. Not sure I would use him on my personal residence.

Shane the owner of the company did the work himself. He was very clean cut and professional. His equipment was new and top of the line. His prices were very fair compared to the work he did for us. He was able to remove stains that I had worked and worked on. I also liked the fact that when he was done the carpet was only damp not WET like other companies I have used in the past. I feel very confident that if you called Shane you would be very pleased.
