Very professional and explained work processes before starting

I filled out the request for estimate form on home advisors and within 15 minutes Michael from Texas Duct cleaning called. He explained the whole process over the phone and said he could send someone that afternoon. The service tech, Adam, called about 1/2 hour before showing up just as I was told that morning by Michael. When Adam arrived, he was very professional and again explained how the process worked. After the basic cleaning, which is all I needed for that, he then showed me pictures of mold in 1 intake and then showed me by lighting up the intake. Since i did have a water problem in May 2016, it was possible this problem was from that. He took care of that and was finished. He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Adam came to our home as scheduled. He was courteous and thorough. He completed the job in a timely manner and made a recommendation for a preventive maintenance schedule. I would use this company again and recommend them to others, with no reservations.

The staff that came to clean out our vent and perform an acid wash was extremely professional and really nice! I would hire them again for another job in a heart beat!
