The driveway repair went very well. The process included the installation of rebar, which the original builders didn't use, thus causing the cracking and shifting. Stefan, the project manager, was very helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Work was done in an efficient and professional manner. Stephen kept me advised as to each step in the process. His crew was well coordinated and removed the old concrete and installed the new with minimal disruption.

Excellent work. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done in relationship to the amount of labor and coordination required to do my driveway. The cost was more than I expected, but seeing how much work / labor was required to replace my driveway, feel the cost was justified. The job required 7 yard of concrete (a big job), We are very pleased and highly recommend Mickey Construction. A job well done!

All construction work was neat and on time. Great crew, did not damage yard and they were careful not to leave cement residue on street. 40 ft drive with correct grade and NO dips in finished product. Great job!!

Mickey was right on top of the whole job from estimate to finish with professional, responsive information and service. Cannot say enough good things about the quality and general service. Just terrific.

They did not do any work for me. His estimate was not the one I went on with. He was kind of arrogant and he was lacking in the information he gave me compared to other people who came out.

I contacted Stephen Mickey, who happens to live three blocks away from me, about replacing the front walkway slab and repairing or replacing the back patio. He came over to give me an estimate and told me that his required minimum for a job is 5 yards of concrete/$2600 (makes sense, he normally does larger jobs, I don't blame him for not wanting to mess with very small stuff like what mine was), but he was scheduled to do the driveway of a neighbor nearby so he could add me onto that which already had the needed amount of concrete. He quoted me $1100 for replacing both the front and back, and also gave me an estimate for just repairing the broken part of the patio, but I decided it was better to have a new one done. I was at work when they did it, but I was very pleased when I came home. The new concrete looks great and they didn't leave any mess in my front or back yard. I was fortunate I contacted him when I did so that he was able to add me on to the neighbors driveway, but I am very happy with the work and I would use him again in the future. Also he will explain how they do the work and answer any questions you may have, and talk to you about what options are available/feasible if you want something decorative like stamping, etc.

Mr. Mickey handled everything personally and was onsite with his crew throughout the work. He was friendly and professional at all times and clearly knew his business well. His crew was amazing - they never stopped working. Through good planning and execution, this entire job was done in one day, although a long day. We love the result and are convinced that it will last forever. We are planning to add a workshop on our property this spring and will definitely call Mickey Construction for the foundation work.

Repair went very well, very punctual. Old,damaged patio was removed (11' by 16')and disposed of by company. New cement was poured and entire job was completed within 4 days, as promised.

Mickey Construction came out quickly after I called and provided the info we asked for and more. They gave us ideas and provided a quote quickly. They were very professional. In the end we decided a different route but we'd definitely use these guys when we need concrete work.

Mr. Mickey and his crew were prompt, professional, and completed the work timely. Replaced walkway from public sidewalk to front door. Replaced backyard patio and added a new section that will eventually support a screened porch. Home was built in 1978, and I assume these were the same age. Finished products look wonderful, although this is a short time for concrete work. If cracks appear, will update review. Conversations with Mr. Mickey were pleasant and informative. He was on-site several times throughout the day while his crew did the work. I am very happy with the appearance of the new sidewalk and patio and would use the company again.

The job was fantastic. There is no longer any drainage problems and the new concrete looks really good. They certainly are skilled with customer service as well. I would definitely call them out to do more work in the future.

Estimate process through the job itself organization was responsive and professional. Workers were pleasant and courteous, arrived on time and cleaned up completely after the job was done. High marks for the crew chief.

Stephen Mickey and his son and crew were incredible. They were such perfectionists and worked wonders. They corrected an un working drainage system that had just been installed by Enhanced Turf and Drainage and it works now. They discussed with me the options for creating a landscape in the back courtyard that would work with the drainage system and look attractive. They installed the elements perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Mickey was great to work with. Extremely accommodating as we worked through figuring out exactly how to deal with our problem patio, including a failed attempt at fixing it by another company, and was great when we made the last minute call to add the flagstone. His crew worked quickly and thoughtfully, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the job. We were out of town when it got wrapped up and they clearly went the extra mile to make sure it looked great when we got home. We had our first big rain today and the water flowed off the patio like it should have done all along! We love our new, functional space! And I felt like, for the size of the crew and labor and materials involved, the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Great He was right on time and did everything he said he would do. Everything was first rate!

Mickey was prompt in coming to see the project and in returning us a very reasonable bid. He gave his professional opinion in regards to what others had suggested would be "fine just fine" and with minimal additional cost ensured a perfect job. He had city permits squared away quickly and him and his crew showed up at exactly 7:00 am on start date. Everything went lock step perfect from demo, to frame build, inspection and then pour. I just learned today after the entire job was completed, and from the husband not Mickey, that they ended up digging roots that extended up to 12 feet from where we had had stumps ground down. Mickey wasn't going to be happy with just pouring over the ground stumps and roots, so he had his guys dig them and set them out for bulk pick up. AND you get the bonus supervision of the crew by Rocky his super awesome dog!!

His bid was higher than our budget could afford, otherwise I would have used him without question. He seems very experienced and honest.
