The Job: Replace Master Bath Mirror (109" by 37.5") The Cost: $405.00 Total Time: ~3 Hours (15 minutes for estimate, 2.75 hours for install) Firstly, the mirror looks great and Alex's prices was the winning bid from 3 other providers, so while there were some inconveniences and minor issues that hurts the personal rating I am providing of his service (detailed below), I would certainly recommend him to others. Again, I am conflicted giving 3 stars because I do believe Alex and his team are great, just was not able to meet my standards on this specific job. His communication and customer service were fantastic. The mirror in my master bath broke (fell and shattered) so it was a replacement job. Alex came over to measure and quoted me $360. He went out of his way to cut the larger broken pieces down to size to fix in a box for recycle. +1 A few days later we communicated and he setup time to install the mirror first thing Saturday morning. That morning he communicated he was running behind. Communication was helpful though there was minor inconvenience. -.5 When he arrived to install the mirror, they learned it was cut 4" shorter than. He promptly communicated that he would go get a new mirror (and most likely cut it) and be back shortly. He left his tools and returned about an hour later. -.5 A note about the price. A small bit of misunderstanding took place about the quote and actual price charged. While I was quoted $360, he charged $405. The difference was not really clear to me (though he did try to explain). I surmised this was due to 8.25% sales tax and 4.25% credit card transaction fee. A little transparency in the estimate process would be helpful.

the man is nice but scared to death of pets. he said he can't touch animals because he has to be clean to pray. He didn't tell us that you need to let the goop dry. I was trying to clean the mirror as it looked like a mess when they left.
