Pleasant experience all process from initial contact thru final install. i will use again if need be.

I wasn't given an advance notice on when the installation would take place. Please with work.

Guy that installed the replacement glass was fine, worked quickly and did a fine job, cleaned up nicely when he was done. The problem with this company was with office or customer service staff. They didn't call when they said they would and could not give me a definite date until the same day. Poor customer service, poor scheduling, but good work.

I am happy with the finished work they kept changing the time on me due to the storm that was the only thing that made me frustrated.

Courteous and prompt.

Alex replaced the broken windows the same day. And stayed late into the evening to complete the work in order that the house was secured. I appreciated that very much.

The work was professionally done @ a good price.
