LOWES

I had placed an order online for a stove top at Lowe's and they sent the wrong one to the store and it was suppose to be there in less than a week and so I waited another week and I could not get anyone to help me the experience was horrible that no on knew a thing about what was going on and so I finally cancelled the order and I went to try and see if they could get it again it was just I mean I have never moved to tears on a purchase and it went two weeks and I would go up to check to see what was going on and no one knew what was going on and so I told them that I could not ever buy anything from them again and so I ended up going to Home Depot and buy it so anyway the online purchase it started that way and then when it got to the store it was more of what the store and not with the customer service online she quickly credited my money back but when I went to the store to see if they could order it and it was just horrible I mean I can't even tell you I don't even want relive it but I just said I have to not do business I can not believe that you guys are in business to do this and it take five people to try to help and no one knows what the other one know make an update.

They will tell you price and then tell you the products in the store. If I needed something I have contacted them and they have been responsive.

we have done business with Lowes in Burleson for many years, the work they do is professional, prices are reasonable, people who work in the store are nice and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

I like Lowe's, besides, they're right around the corner. I like them better than Home Depot. It seems like when I go in they're like, "Can I help you?" The last time I went in there, I think, I had 5 things written on like a list of things to get and this guy he walked me all over the store, "Oh! here is this and here is this and here is this" then I said, "Oh! my personal Assistant, thank you" I thought that was wonderful, I felt really good. We had rats in the patio and they were coming in. We were trying to get them out. So we had this discussion of rat traps. It was one of those kind of things in that part of the store; treatments or whatever. We got a refrigerator from them but that was more than a couple of years ago. My husband bought a grill for Father's day. I said, "Go buy a grill and then you can make some nice things" He did, he went to Lowe's and he bought it. They had to get fork lift to get it off the top or something. He was in the store for more than an hour but it takes time and people don't have patience. But he did get it and he was so happy with it. He can put a pizza on it. So he loves it. He was happy that they had grills that he wanted. They have wonderful, it won't be salesmen, I can't think of what they would be called, but they're excellent. They're always there to help you and they know where everything is. Their prices are very good. I always go there first.

It went well. They were very informative and professional. They were very kind. They delivered and installed the appliances for us.

I think they have great customer service. I really like shopping there. I have purchased appliances and had them do repairs for me in the past. They have salesmen who are always there.

Everything came out fine with that. They did not install the door and I had some other person do that for me. I was looking around because I knew the door that I wanted. So, I looked around for the places that sold the door. They happened to have the best price on the door that I wanted. It took a long time for the door to come in. I think that they had told me a certain date and it did not come in on that day which was the only disappointment that I had. I was expecting the door at a certain time and I had to wait longer. I don't know as it might have been the manufacturer who was at fault and it might not have been Lowe's at all.

They were very helpful at this particular location. They gave me a senior discount. They had really good customer service. They answered my questions that I had about different products. It was a real positive shopping experience. I would certainly use them again in the future.

They were excellent. One of the nice things was that were so nice about them is that I could go to one place and they coordinated everything for me and gave me the right people for everything I wanted.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about all the items he had on the sales floor. He helped us make a great decision on our dishwasher. We got it home and installed and it works wonderfully! We will continue to look at Lowe's for more of our household items.

It went fine. The job took a little longer than anticipated. We had planned our in the middle of the project. This had been planned for some time.

Very easy. The sales person got me set up and informed me of the free delivery/install option (Well, it is actually $79 but you send off for a Visa Gift Card through rebate). I also had heard of the 10% discount for opening up a Lowes credit card and he explained that he could hook me up with that if I came back during the weekend (because the promotion was not started yet). So, I did and it worked just fine.
