Limecoat DFW

I highly recommend LimeCoat, specifically Mr. Asa. From the moment of my first interaction, this company and Asa did everything they said they were going to do when they said they would do it; which is a **** of a lot more than I can say for the vast majority of the other companies I called for new siding on my rental house. Asa was professional, courteous, and had excellent communication. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company! This is a very cool product, and after researching it on my own I got really excited about it because it would completely change the look of my house. But, I also read that proper installation and adhesion is critical to the longevity. Unfortunately, my current wood siding is in very poor condition (40+ years old), with rotting in some places. Initially I called a competitor, who basically told me everything I wanted to hear under the sun - but it just didn't sound right! My intuition told me I'm only being told what I want to hear, so I decided to get a second opinion and called LimeCoat. Within just a few days of initial contact, Mr. Asa came out, on time and as scheduled, to evaluate the condition of the siding and do a free estimate. He then broke the "bad" news to me (which I already highly suspected), that as much as he would like to make a sale, given the current condition of my siding in his honest opinion this probably isn't the best option for me. They can absolutely do it if that's what I really want, but much of the current siding would have to be replaced first (and wood prices are sky-high right now). That sounds like pretty common sense to me; that for the coating to last forever and look good it probably shouldn't be laid on top of already deteriorated wood! Anyway, what more could I ask for? For those out there also looking for new siding, I feel your pain and you probably understand why I've emphasized this company had great communication, showed up on time, etc. I kept a spreadsheet and logged every interaction with the (21) companies I contacted over a 2-month period (keep in mind I was interested in multiple products, but most only offer one). Here are the results: ---> (5) companies either didn't respond at all or refused to do an estimate for one reason or another ---> (12) companies told me they would do an estimate over and over again, but either never showed up at all, or in some cases did actually come out and measure but never sent a quote! I followed up with them three or four times, got some of the most ridiculous excuses, and most kept telling me they would do it but never did. I kept waiting and waiting, and that’s why I wound up having to contact so many companies. ---> (2) companies only submitted an estimate after I practically begged them. They each missed three or more appointments, and I only got an estimate because I kept following up. Only TWO companies - 2 out of 21 - simply showed up when they said they would, and sent an estimate. Two! LimeCoat DFW was one of them. So that ladies and gents, is why I have taken the time to submit this lengthy five star review today. As is with most walks of life, simply doing what you say you'll do, when you say you'll do it, and being honest - automatically elevates you far above your peers and into the “exceptional” category.

It went fantastic! Raul had his team there on time & they were polite and efficient. They were $10,000 less than any other quote we received. I could not recommend them more!

The gentleman performing the work was extremely polite, courteous and professional. We arrived on time and completed the job in one days time instead of two! The work he did is extraordinary and looks fantastic! It is beyond our expectations, Needless to say, we are most pleased. Our friends and relatives you have seen it since the work has been done are all very impressed, as we are. The owner of the company, Raul Garcia, is very professional and willing to help a customer in any way possible. His is honest, trustful and hard working. We will continue to do business with him in the future and know without a doubt that he will assist us in keeping our pool looking beautiful. We feel so grateful to have found him.
