The services we received was home addition and we are incredibly happy and pleased with the job done. Eddie Osuna, one of the brothers and owner of premium restorations, was incredibly responsive and professional and made sure the work was complete in a timely manner.

Long story short this company is run by a noble, caring man who deserves your trust and business. God bless them.
I called Leo on a Saturday night in tears after getting scammed by a moving company. I was in a tough situation and needed to be out of my apartment ASAP. Despite being out of town and at some sort of event, Leo listened to my cry for help and had a team on the way in less than 12 hours. These men came early on a Sunday morning and handled everything in less than two hours!! They gained a customer for life.

Leo and his crew recently helped me fully remodel my 15,000 Sq.Ft mixed use retail building in downtown Garland. They built brand new offices for my company from the ground up, they built out the plumbing for our two half bathrooms, set up all the professional lighting and did an incredible job helping me work through this project, and working within the budget we established together. I would highly recommend Leo!
