Note that Lennox has a class action suit for this problem because it has been to prevalent they agreed to cover some charges on units requiring replacement within 5 years, but you are on your own after that time. Over 200 people in my neighborhood have a good man installed at the same time. Non of them have had an issue. I would recommend consumers to not allow the contractor to install a Lennox system
Description of Work: The quality of the LENNOX equipment is very poor. I have had several heat exchangers / coils leak and need to be replaced. After only 7 years, I have replaced 2 and now have to foot the bill myself. The HVAC contractor is telling me I would be best to replace the unit. With a new one. They absolutely should last longer than this.

My experience with their registered installers is not acceptable. they have poor quality control over the services rendered by their registered installers and will not help the customer in any complaint that I have had. Separately, I was able to find two sources for the replacement unit and the prices asked were 1/4 th of the amount quoted by their registered installers. Lennox makes good products, getting good support down the road at a later time is not easy or affordable.
Description of Work: I called to find what replacement compressor I need for my system and what the price may be. They gave me the replacement unit identification but no price and said they would only sell through their registered installers.

The installation was great but I was supposed to get a $850 rebate and only ended up getting $700. I will not use them again in the future.

They are extremely friendly! They were fast and efficient. I was very impressed with the company. They talked with us about our options when we were buying the units and what they recommended.
Description of Work: They installed our heating and cooling units. Every year they call around February to make an appointment to check the AC and then again in the fall to check the heating system. They change filters and make sure everything is working properly.
