 + -1 more1. Just repaired the old one and still looks bad. 2. They applied a polyurethane finish that started peeling off within a week. They asked me to pay them again to re do the job. I just hired somebody else to re sand and stain floors in order to take off what they have just done.
Description of Work: 1. Remove damaged molding and install a new one. 2. Re-finish wood floors. 3. Other repairs

 + 1 moreWe were under a tight deadline and Jose Luis did a very good job and was quick. The work was initially to paint the inside of the house only, but then we added the rest of the work. We are very happy with the work and especially that it went so fast and smooth... Jose Luis workers are very pleasant
Description of Work: Painted the inside of the house, replaced all electrical outlets, put in new fans, installed a new garage door, recess lights and crown molding
