Contacted Integrity Pools for a estimate of a pool remodel. David came out, was professional and gave as an estimate with no pressure. He actually listened to what WE wanted and Integrity delivered!! In less than a month, we have a brand new pool with a waterfall feature!! Also, due to excellent service, I signed up for the monthly cleaning services. Matt Ross is the best. He has bonded with my mom, answers all her questions and seems to care for her. While cancer is not easy, Matt has been a god send for my mom. He hugs her and shows real concern for her - and that's on TOP of his duties of cleaning the pool. Finding an employee like that is hard. In my opinion he deserves a raise/bonus/recognition. He truly represents your company and is one heck of a guy. I don't do reviews at all, this is my first, but Matt ROCKS. From the bottom of my heart, I am thankful for Matt and how he treats my mother. Praise to him!!!! Thanks to Integrity Pools, and to David - what a great Team!! Thanks!!

Overall- excellent. Great quality work. Areas for improvement: Improve communication for overall project coordinaiton between Integrity and the customer. Plaster care. We expected 7 days of care. After filling the pool we waited three days for plaster care to start. Once up and running, Integrity doesn't show up on weekends. Contract verbiage needs attention. Excellent job! I would recommend Integrity to my friends and other home owners.

Excellent work - need to work on overall coordination between Integrity and homeowner. Need a little more description on plastercare. Overall, would highly recommend!

Very well. Sales rep David P. was very professional and punctual. Workers were punctual. I would only recommend closer supervision to catch small details. Otherwise, they did a very good job and completed the work timely.

Great services. Sales team not pushy and very upfront with what would be an up charge on materials. John also spent a lot of time with us to hear and respond to our questions, concerns and show us many samples to aid us in our final decisions. We had a full makeover of swimming pool and spa which included: tile, coping, plaster, convert spa into sun ledge, replace concrete deck and install concrete walk way from deck to the house. Very polite and efficient work crews. We have also elected to have the weekly water treatment service done. Prices seemed to be about average; we had six estimates total Including Integrity Pools. We love the results that were achieved.

I'm very pleased with them. They also fix a leak in my pool, their price was reasonable & was done in a timely manor. I think you will find that they are a top notch company.

The Integrity Pools technician diagnosed the problems and was able to address them quickly and efficiently. Instead of costly replacements, repairs were performed in order to fix issues. The technician went out of his way to explain the problems and their potential repairs.

Overall they did a very good job. They removed a spa wall and re-plastered the pool. The staff made good recommendations about the material to be used and the work to be done. The work crews showed up close to when expected and the only delay was for weather. The maintenance staff has showed up every day to brush the pool and they are very courteous.

It went just like they said. A tech showed up on Thursday and removed the pool equipment including a very heavy heater. On Friday a tech came and poured a new slab. On Monday a tech came and reinstalled the pool equipment and tested all of the equipment and showed me everything that was done. Great job and great people.

Our service is consistently excellent. The young man who services our pool is polite, honest, reliable and knows what he's doing. Other pool services we have had have been inconsistent and of varying quality. He always does an excellent job and our pool sparkles.

Integrity did a great job on the pool. It looks exactly like how we pictured it would look. They were quick to answer our questions and help us make the decisions needed to have the best outcome. We researched many different pool companies before deciding on Integrity. We made a great decision and couldn’t be happier with the end product.
