+ 0 moreEverything went well and the office staff was very responsive to questions and scheduling when it was convenient for our household. All workers were pleasant and did excellent work. Our remodel specialist, David, was excellent to work with and very personable. He listened well to our requests and concerns and was easy to get hold of when we needed him.

+ -1 moreIt is still going and going well. They have several technicians ours is Chad. Chad does a great job and is a nice guy. He leaves a note saying what services he performed when I'm not home. He cleans the skimmer baskets, adds chemicals, brushes services and once a month removes the debris at the bottom of the pool.

Mike was very accommodating of our schedule--we had to reset the initial meeting for the estimate and inspection of the pool several times and this was never a problem. Mike was helpful in making suggestions for the pool tile/grout/spillway, he was thorough in capturing the details that we wanted, and did not pressure us to do any work other than what we wanted. The work started/completed during the time frame promised. The 2 guys that did the work were very professional, punctual, and even made helpful suggestions for changes to our original plan. All debris was cleaned up every day when they left and the pool area was left clean at the end of the job. We love the look of the new tile.

When I first started using Integrity Pools I had an ongoing problem with the balance chemicals in the pool. Chad got them back in balance. I have also had my pool equipment repaired by Integrity Pools. Their pricing is reasonable, they only fix what needs to be fixed, their response time is good and all the repairs were done right the first time.

This is our second month of service and everything we paid for has been done. + 0 moreWe are VERY satisfied with Integrity. They live up to their name with unfailing dependability, top-notch work, meticulous attention to locking gates after they're done, fair prices, a helpful office staff, and fast response if we have any problems.
Description of Work: On a weekly basis the Integrity Pool team maintains our pump, filtration, and purification equipment, including periodic washing or replacement of DE filters. They skim and/or vacuum any leaves or other natural debris from the pool and the spa. They maintain appropriate chemistry levels. They obtain and and repair or replace any parts that affect system performance. And, during one hard winter freeze, the freeze guard failed, causing the pool surface to freeze and crack the plaster/pebbletec finish where the pool surface water touched it. They resolved the freeze guard problem, then recommended a simple, practical, affordable repair to the cracked sides -- one row of beautiful tile squares with coloration that blended perfectly with the pool walls and the desert rock at the edge of the pool.
