We cannot say enough great things about Integrity Pools! Everyone we have come in contact with is has been fantastic. Our technician, Carlin, comes rain or shine, even on holidays to service our pool. He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job keeping our pool serviced so it is safe for my family to swim.

Integrity Pools did an outstanding job repairing our aging pool pump equipment. This company is a dream to work with. Numerous problems with the pump equipment were not easily figured out, but the experienced Integrity technicians persevered until our equipment was completely repaired. The Integrity Pools folks are so friendly, very responsive, prompt, well-trained and very knowledgeable.

Our salesman Mike listened to our needs and brought samples which no other company did (4). He prepared a quote on the spot and left us with plenty of information needed to make our decision. All of the crews used by them were very respectful to or property and neighbors. We had a lot of rain but that didn't slow them down any. Matt and his guys that came out to balance the water, skim the leaves & empty the baskets were amazing young men! They even replace the filters and manifold that I had purchased elsewhere for me. I even signed up for a weekly service contract with them. The fact that they are Christians just made it better for us. I highly recommend Integrity pools.

Outstanding! The Initial discussions were outstanding! Our rep (Mike) was patient, thorough and worked to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. When were weren't overly happy with our first tile selections (once we saw them in real life) he was more than happy to take us to the showroom so we could find the best tile match for our pool! The actual work was quick, efficient and professionally done! Follow up has also been excellent! Integrity Pools cares that I'm completely happy with the work done! Which I am! I can recommend Integrity Pools to anyone looking at redoing their pool!

We love Integrity!! We really like that there are different monthly options to choose from. KC Gray is our service tech and he’s awesome!!! He calls us when he has concerns and always keeps us in the loop with the services he provides. I’ve never questioned whether our pool has been serviced since he’s started being our tech. I definitely recommend him and Integrity for your pool service needs!

The communication on when work would take place was outlined in detail before the job was started. We are so happy with the results. Our 20 year old pool looks brand new. It went well. After paying over $500 to another company to get our back in shape for summer and not receiving the expected results, we chose to give Integrity a try. I am pleased with the work and closed loop feedback from the team. We have searched for years for a company we could trust.

Integrity Pool Service is incredible. They completely renovated our pool two years ago and have been servicing our pool ever since. Our technician shows up on the same day with in a 30 min window every week. Our pool is ready when we want it. We have needed a few repairs along the way and the technician is able to spot those needs. They call for the approval and get us taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with service I am receiving from Integrity Pool Service.

Number 1 - I would highly recommend Integrity Pools! They gave my husband and I step by step instructions on how the process would go for us, that was a huge stress reliever. Each of the workers and employees were methodical and worked in a timely manner. David was a gem! He genuinely cared for my husband and I and actually listened to us. He answered all our questions. Everything he explained beforehand about the process is exactly how it went! We are VERY pleased with the communication and service.
