Starting with Caleb in 2017 to now K.C., Integrity Pools has delivered on the weekly pool service. K.C. was out yesterday for my weekly cleaning. Like clockwork I could hear him just outside my home office checking the readings. Before he could leave, I took some time away from my work and walked out to introduce myself. K.C. impressed me with his knowledge and even more so with how he shared his concerns about my pool, what I could do differently and asked what he might need to change on his part (even to where he leaves the cleaning service note) to make things easier for me. My immediate thought was: "I don't care how much they're paying him, it's not enough!" I've read reviews on other pool service companies and heard legitimate complaints. I can't say that I've shared those experiences with Integrity Pools. My service level has been the basic service with me doing the vacuuming, etc. but time is requiring that I increase my service for them to do more. K.C. suggested that the +1 (next up from basic) was really all I would need if I keep my Polaris 360 running as it should. So for the cost of 2 leaf bags for my Polaris and about $9 more monthly, I upgraded my service today. Basic for me is $125 monthly and the +1 will be $137. With tax, I pay about $140 on basic and the +1 should be about $149. Honestly, I don't miss the money in the budget and the peace of mind and time savings are worth it.

The result is amazing, it looks like a completely different backyard. From the beginning of the process and throughout the remodel, the crews were timely and professional. The Integrity staff are helpful, friendly, and thorough. They answered any questions or concerns we had and kept us informed of the work schedule. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend Integrity Pools.

USE INTEGRITY POOLS....PERIOD!!!!!!! If you need a pool resurfaced or redone for ANY reason, Integrity Pools should be your only option. We called several companies to come give a quote and the thorough inspection of the pool and it's surroundings to the comprehensive discussions about pricing and services, Integrity blew the other companies out of the water. They actually cared about you, the family and the work that needed to be done. The crews were amazing and friendly. David and Matt were top notch in the service by staying in touch with us before, during and after the pool was finished. They treated us the entire time as if we were family and not just another client paying them. They do what YOU want and not what they want. We had one company try and demand things needed for repair all to increase the price tag, ie, paying more for them to come do the post treatment process and even then the price was triple the amount that is normal for this. CHOOSE INTEGRITY AND YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO CHOOSE AGAIN! Trust me, wouldn't use anyone else if I need more done in the future!!!!!!

I enjoyed working with Integrity Pools on the recent plaster repair on my pool. I have had a pool for 25 years, so lots of repairs and reworks. I have worked with several companies and most do not even call you back. They never showed up when they were supposed to be here, nor did they call. They never finished when they said they would, and I usually had to call and bug them to get them out here to complete the job. Integrity Pools, however, called back the same day, showed up at appointed time, did the work on schedule and finished on schedule. Not only did I not have to call them, they called me each day of the repair process to let me know who would be at my house and what time you would be here!!! It was a pleasure to work with Integrity Pools.

We pd 225.00 for them to come out and tell us where the leak was coming from, then an additional 825.00 for them to jackhammer thru the deck to locate and expose and repair the leak on spa jet return line. The pool is still leaking so now I need to pay them an additional 225.00 since apparently the first 225.00 diagnostic test was for only half of the pool! Don't know how these other reviewers got their pool repaired for so cheap. So I paid 1050.00 in cash (got a 50.00 discount for the cash) and the pool is still leaking. I give them an F

First pool service company that I've ever used, and I was initially very excited. Pool was kept well balanced and relatively clean through the fall of 2014 and winter of 2014/2015. As spring rolled around, things in Texas got very muddy and we experienced some major problems with our overflow (it was reversing and drawing dirt into the pool rather than spilling out) -- we had a technician come out specifically to fix the issue and he did a fair job ... but we did the legwork to unearth the pipes that led to our overflow, and the overflow pop-up that he ended up installing doesn't really do what he said it would. Throughout the summer of 2015, our pool stayed chemically balanced but the weekly techs that showed up were here for 10 to 15 min max... just a brief brushing that didn't do much more than stir up dirt. Sometimes the skimmers weren't emptied, which I thought was bizarre and part of the usual cleaning. Things really fell apart in September 2015 when I received word that our techs would be switching their day from Tuesdays to Mondays -- fine by me. But one Monday went by... no tech and no usual notice/flyer that they had been there. A second Monday went by... no tech and no notice/flyer. I called and heard that the tech had "definitely" been there both weeks but had mentioned that they had run out of flyers. Since we work from home (with dogs in the house that go in and out of the yard at will), we knew that we hadn't missed the tech *twice*. And then it happened a third time -- no tech and no notice/flyer. At that point, I called and said that I was willing to work with them but wanted an explanation before resuming service or making any further payments. Instead of any effort on their part, I received a return voicemail saying that I would refunded the month of September and they were sorry to lose me as a customer. Still baffled why they wouldn't try harder when I gave them the opportunity to save the relationship.

I suspected our pool was leaking because we were losing about an inch of water per day. I called Integrity Pools. The person who answered the phone sounded doubtful that we had a leak, but agreed to schedule a leak test. She told me this would be $450, which I agreed to. This was performed on the day that was agreed upon. I was told I would get a phone call with the results, but I did not. I called them to find out what happened and was told that no leak was uncovered, but the technician had put some epoxy or plaster on some cracks. When I looked at my credit card bill, there were two bills, one for $450 and one for $162. I was never informed about the latter charge, I assume it was for the work on the cracks. The pool continued to lose water at the same rate, 1 inch/day, so I called them back. The person answering the phone again said that no leaks were found but that the technician would call me. He never did so. By this point I was frustrated, so rather than continuing to work with this company, I moved onto another company. They found a leak in the skimmer which has now been fixed, and I am no longer losing water. Conclusion: Integrity Pools was not able to identify the leak in my pool and fix the problem, they were not responsive to my calls to tell them this, and they charged me more than we had discussed on the phone. I will not be using them again.

I received a mailing, looked good, price seemed great, but reality was completely different. Owner disinterested in hearing about issues. Not ever once did I receive an apology for the screw ups I encountered. (1) filter clean. Done but turned off at timer dial instead of a at power switch, so was undermined. (2) Drain/fill pool. Done but not without arguing with tech over NOT draining into alley. Supposedly illegal to do so in Dallas and I even discussed using p trap with owner but tech was just belligerent here. Nice. (3) pool looked like crap after drain/wash and then I paid $300 more for acid wash. I didn't go thru this the year prior. Acid wash was poor quality and major OSHA violations - acid plume coming out of yard, nailed my plants, pure amateurs throwing acid from jugs onto walls, comical but disappointing. Left big rust stain on walls but no care about such. (4) they broke wheel on my Polaris and claimed it was algae, clearly sheared off by them, nice. No startup chemicals.

Terrible experience! My water bill increased by $60.00. My pool was so bad, I had to drain it, refill ( don't have that bill yet) and buy all new chemicals. I have a salt pool. Salt was $112.00 and the cost to drain, power wash and chlorine wash cost me $650.00. I also had to buy the part that was removed for $107.00. My pool is still not repaired! I am testing and adjusting chemicals every few days until I find a company who can work on in- floor cleaning systems. The name Integrity Pools is far from how this company does business. I talked with 3 different ladies and the office anger Cindy. Each time, I requested to speak with the owner, I was told he was not in. I have no idea if the owner is aware of how his business has performed!
Description of Work: Removed a part to replace. Brought a solution that not only did not work and allowed my pool to get much worse. Tech also turned my water on to fill pool, did not tell me, and i found it on after 36 hours. Tech said the solution needed adjusting and he would return the next day. He did not and he never returned calls. Talked with office manager several times and requested solution be picked up and taken off my bill. Requested the part that was removed to be returned. Bill was adjusted. After several weeks and many calls to company and finally me asking to speak to the owner, the solution was picked up on 5-7. During this time, Integrity Pools called me every few days asking me to pay their bill. I told them repeatedly that their bill would be paid when they picked up the part. I am sending check to them today.

They came, as promised, and left a post it for each visit. They were suppose to maintain the pool chemicals while we were away. When we got home, there were no tablets in the chlorinator and the pool was devoid of chemical. It appears they came, look at the pool condition, and applied whatever chemicals they thought would carry the day. However, they only came once per week. Had they added the chlorine tabs to the chlorinator, things would have been much better. For what they did, it was not a cost effective service.

Response from Integrity Pools
Integrity Pools was contracted to service the [member name removed] pool for 3 visits in 2013. On the first visit we tested the conditioner/cyanuric acid level at 100 ppm. Conditioner acts as a bonding agent to the chlorine, to prevent it being broken down prematurely by UV light. However too much conditioner will "lock up" the chlorine to such an extent that the chlorine becomes ineffective at normal levels. Another problem with conditioner is that once the level becomes high, there is no way to reduce it without draining the pool. The [member name removed] pool was already at a high conditioner level. Chlorine tablets contain conditioner. Each time a chlorine tablet is added to a pool, it increases the conditioner level. It is our company policy that we do not use Chlorine tablets once the conditioner level reaches 80ppm. Instead we use granular chlorine which does not contain conditioner. So the reason we added granular chlorine instead of chlorine tablets is that we were trying to be responsible and not add to the customers already high conditioner level. As far as the pool having no chemicals, our records on our last visit on 8/2/13 show that we added 4 lbs of granular chlorine which should have been enough to last the week until the Giles returned home. The pH was 7.8 which although high was still in range, Total Alkalinity was 100 which is perfect, and conditioner level as stated was high at 100ppm. We do get calls from customers from time to time asking why we are not using chlorine tablets in their pool. After a brief discussion, most customers are satisfied that given their circumstances we are servicing their pool appropriately with another form of chlorine. If there are any further questions I would be happy to answer them. Please call me at 214 453 3400. Matthew Dunshea

I used this service company for my weekly maintenance for about 4 months. Everything was fine through the winter when little chemical maintenance is required, then spring came. Let me start by saying they sold me on a mid-level service package of ~$115 per month saying this was the most used package. Being a first time pool owner and not knowing any difference I signed up for it. Do your research in what theyoffer. I asked for help on a few things. My kreepy krauly wasn't working too well. I asked if they could help me trouble shoot it. They tried to help in saying I needed a new part, but didn't have a way of getting it. I went to a local pool store for help. After 3 months and realizing I wasn't getting what I understood I was supposed to get,I called and realized I misunderstood. I downgraded to their chemical only for $65/month. Right around this time in early March, my pool started turning foggy. I had to call them to ask them about this. They were very nice and said they would check the chemical levels on the nextvisit. They were very punctual and called the day after the service to inform me my acid levels were off the chart and the only way to fix it was to drain my whole pool dry and refill it. I have a 27,000 gallon pool!! I seeked a second opinion from my local pool store. They said that my acid level was high, but not high enough for that drastic measure. They said I needed to shock the pool only and it would bring the levels back down. The max acid level was 99 before refilling pool, but I was only at a 90. I questioned them why I'm only now hearing aboutthis high level when they check the box on the form each week that my pool was balanced. Obviously not! They came out the following week to shock my pool and the acid level dropped to 50. Needless to say, I cancelled my service and converting to salt water pool this week.

The service was horrible. The company sent out someone who did not have experience cleaning or knowledge of repairs. I came back from a trip and found my pool had been left on the manual mode and one of the levers that drains the pool was left in the drain position. The spa was completely empty and the pool was half way empty. I called the office to complain and asked that the service person not come back to my house. I spent over $250 in water refilling the pool. The very next service call the pool was left on manual mode instead of auto once again. Each time I came home to find that something was not working and or the pool was almost empty. I called the owner and asked that he call me to discuss and he was out of town. I called 3 or 4 times asking when he would return and they told me each time he would be in contact with me shortly. After calling again I was able to get him on the phone and he suggested that we meet. In the mean time I had to go back out of town. I came back to another empty spa. I just cancelled the service. I can't recommend this company as they don't care if they waste water and my money!!
Description of Work: I hired this pool company to service my pool. I was traveling a lot with my current position. I thought by having a service check it every week I was safe that my pool would be cleaned and full of water as not to burn up any pump or motor during the days I was out of town.

I hired Integrity Pools in mid September of 2010. Upon calling them I requested that the pool be cleaned thoroughly immediately and then begin monthly service to keep it clean and chemically balanced. I was quoted a date when someone would come out to clean the pool. On that date, one of the co-owners (Matthew) came to my home. He was not there to clean the pool - counter to the expectation set by the person on the telephone. He was there to assess the needs and determine the level of service needed. I accepted the mix up and not having my pool cleaned as expected. I signed up for a service that sounded appropriate and the level of cost was aprox $104 per month (plus tax). Once they eventually sent someone out to clean the pool, then they began regular service. Note that the initial service required an additional activation fee ($30) plus the initial cleaning was an additional $121 on top of the monthly service. I had them replace a leaking valve ($108). From mid September to early November (Nov 2) - that's about 45 days - Integrity billed me a total of $537.17. Of that about $108 was for a repair. During that time the pool was dirty most of the time. I called to complain at one point. They responded by sending someone out to clean the pool properly -and charged me an additional fee for it. The bottom line is that this company did a poor job of maintaining my pool and charge a premium fee for it. I've terminated service with them and will not be using them in the future.

The owner of the company came out to look over our pool situation. He explained the services provided and the costs. He provided options to keep costs under control. His staff provided timely updates and reminders by telephone. I was pleased with how this monthly pool service started out for us. Over time, the service became rather spotty. The technician damaged the backwash valve of my pool by misusing the handle. We had to make several calls to get the technician to vacuum the pool. The technician also did not turn the water on to refill the pool after backwashing it for an extended period of time. Three out of four weeks, the technician skipped brushing the built in spa. I canceled service after four months. There was no attempt by the company to take accountability for the actions of their staff or to attempt to make me a satisfied customer. If you hire this company, go with the lower cost package so that you will be less disappointed.
Description of Work: --Update-- The technicians were not consistent in their work. We paid for the full service plan which included measuring the chemical levels and brushing the pool. We observed and reported on multiple occasions that the techs were not brushing the pool. The owner gave up trying to get the techs to do what they were told. We cancelled service soon thereafter. If all you need is weekly chlorine treatment, then this company will meet your expectations. --- Original Post ---- We started monthly pool service in May. The first technician was effective. Our pool was not looking good, and after the first treatment it looked much better. I paid for the full service package with pool brushing, polaris pool sweep bag cleaning, chemicals, and chemical testing.
