James provided a clear description of the repairs needed and performed them in a timely manner. He also noticed the filter pressure was high so did a quick backwash, plus advised me on two other issues to keep an eye on.

We have used Integrity Pools for weekly pool maintenance as well as repairs since 2018-19. Katie in cleaning is amazingâ ¦ responsive, thorough , and personable! She is our go to for any services needed and she checks in proactively. Terry in repairs is extremely knowledgeable about pool systems. He for as above by asking questions about how we use our pool and checks everything. We appreciate the fair pricing on maintenance and repairs!

We have always liked this company and we're happy with the service. They recently went thru a period of changing technicians due to people leaving. Finally this week, Joshua Boyett called us on Thursday to say he was our new technician. He thoroughly brushed the pool and balanced our pool water. He documented what he did on paper for my partner to see when he returned from work. Joshua was thoughtful and courteous and we are very pleased that he was assigned to us. Especially given the price increase we were notified of today.

After being disappointed with two pool service companies, we switched to Integrity Pools. Our service tech, Terrance, has been outstanding in keeping the chemicals in our pool at the proper levels at all times as well as clean!! He is very professional and always takes the time to answer questions I might have. He is a joy to work with!! In addition, the staff at Integrity Pools has been wonderful to work with too!

I’ve tried several different pool cleaning services over the past 9 years, and each one was worse than the last. I hired Integrity Pools a couple of months ago, and finally I’m beyond thrilled!! Lorenzo, my pool tech, is the main reason for this. The first time he was here, not only did he take the time to learn about my new pool filter and how I wanted the system to be cared for, (the exact opposite of all the others,) but he even spent a little extra time getting to know me and my dogs. Personally, he’s extraordinary, and professionally, he’s by far the most outstanding pool tech I’ve had in 9 years! He even offered to scrape off calcium deposits under my waterfalls in his spare time! That’s truly above and beyond. I’m extremely happy with Integrity Pools, and the fact that their prices are lower than most others in the area is a huge bonus. My pool has never looked better!

The INTEGRETY Pools stands on their Name as The company are very reliable as I have experience that if their Service Tech failed to perform their services not to par , they always send another to perform the Right job or repairs as I had experience both on Repairs & Service. I had Observed yesterday 5/23/2022 how Shawn trained the new Hired Service tech & He made sure that He was performing the correct Service according to my plan . Our pool was in terrible condition and Integrity Pools quickly fixed the problems and cleaned the pool water. Brandon C. work was above expectations with professionalism rarely seen these days. This guy is really great and my pool is up and going properly.

I used Integrity to perform a pool renovation, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Even when an issue came up they were quick to resolve the problem. The entire process was very organized and I always new what was going to happen and when. I also had them maintain my pool for awhile to ensure my water chemicals stayed correct. Again that activity was performed as advertised and the pool looks great. I will use Integrity in the future if I need additional assistance.

I am so pleased with the experience I had today with Nathan. He was very polite, knowledgeable and displayed the upmost professionalism when explaining everything to me. As a new homeowner (and pool owner), I had no idea what to expect. Thank goodness for Nathan! I will only use Integrity Pools!
