Garen has been doing a terrific job on my pool. Courteous, meticulous and stays on top of any issues. The pool always looks sparkling and well kept. He is an asset to your company. I could not be more pleased with the work and communications.

Bryce was our technician, Jean was the scheduler for the work. BOTH did a spectacular job!! Initially, we had a little delay in our communications back and forth but once that was ironed out, we have had nothing but smooth sailing, professional help. Definitely will use them again and again as time goes on.

Matthew H is our tech and he is wonderful! He always notifies me prior to arrival, as requested. He is very conscientious and considerate, which is VERY appreciated! He does an amazing job ~ our pool has never looked better! We are very thankful for this company!

First of all, a company cannot be more aptly named than Integrity pools. I was having major issues with my filter. The pressure was extremely high and it kept blowing out manifold and grids. The 4th of July was coming up, and I was having a family get together to show the new house with a pool with cool fountains. After trying to companies who will remain nameless, I found Integrity. A higher up, Gene, came to my home day one. He was apologizing for my turmoils. He promised to get the pool ready for the 4th. They put me in a high priority category and had techs come out everyday to work on my pool. After fixing my pump, there were numerous frustrations with my pool. They decided I needed it drained and power washed. They even did it at a rate I couldn't believe. The 4th went off without a hitch and Gene checks on me because he's that great of a guy. Anthony, Brice, David and one other tech whose name i don't remember were all brilliant. I love these guys. If you're searching for a pool company, look no further. God bless these guys.

Finished job over 5 weeks late, had to call numerous times to have a 14 foot pile of sand removed from my driveway, (they claimed that ?most customers make use of it?). Horrible communication to the customer and among subcontractors. Did not manage or oversee multiple subs throughout the course of the job- had personal trash (candy/ chip wrappers and drink bottles left over my yard). Allowed subsequent steps of work to commence without verifying previous work was satisfactory. Multiple days (weeks, actually) where no contractors showed up, leaving my pets shut needlessly inside because no one communicated that beforehand. Because of the late finish, my family was out of town for the final day of their ?work?, so we advised them we would not be available for final walkthrough AT THAT TIME. We never heard from them again, $49,500 and less than 8 months after completion- I am left with HORRIBLE cracks throughout the patio, cracked out coping, unsealing mastic, and cracked tile grouting. TO BE FAIR, I have not reached out to them to correct any of the issues because I simplify don?t want to deal with them again. I saw no indication of the INTEGRITY that I thought I was hiring the first time, so I am not going to put my family through that experience a second time around.

We have been very pleased with Carlin caring for our pool. He takes an interest in making sure it is done correctly and he goes the extra mile which is wonderful for us!

We cannot say enough great things about Integrity Pools! Everyone we have come in contact with is has been fantastic. Our technician, Carlin, comes rain or shine, even on holidays to service our pool. He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job keeping our pool serviced so it is safe for my family to swim.

I love my pool! It's so pretty and now everything works. The people are terrific to work with and answer any questions. I believe the price to be quite reasonable. The follow up care has been great. I highly recommend Integrity Pools.

They performed shoddy work, failed to address their obligations, and refuse to support their own employee agreement of warrantee, Generally, a very poor experience for which I will have to hire third parties to complete. Avoid.

Our HOA has a beautiful pool, but its aging pump equipment began failing, so we called Integrity Pools. Working with the good folks at Integrity, we quickly knew we had called the right company. The results, we are now very happy, Integrity Pools customers for life! Numerous problems with the old pump equipment were not easily figured out, but the experienced Integrity technicians persevered until our equipment was completely repaired. This took several visits to our pump room. Integrityâ s service fees are very fair; follow-up visits were sometimes free of charge. The Integrity Pools folks are so friendly, very responsive, well-trained and very knowledgeable. It has been a real pleasure doing business with Integrity Pools! In fact, we are so impressed with Integrityâ s repair services, we are using Integrityâ s remodel services to work on our pool deck next.
