I've been using Integrity Pools for almost 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Josiah comes every week like clockwork (seriously don't think he's ever missed a day!) and leaves every time with my pool sparkling clean and balanced. He always pays attention to how my equipment is performing as well, and makes recommendations as necessary. On top of that, and perhaps even more important, he's a great communicator and a super friendly guy who represents his company well. When I first started using Integrity Pools I had an issue with recurring algae and they were diligent in finding a resolution. It hasn't been back since! Keep up the great work Josiah and Integrity!

Davon started providing my pool service about a month ago and is doing a great job. I like that he texts me to let me know he is here so I can make sure my dogs are inside. I also like that he provides the pool chemistry readings.

My pool guy Loukas V. does my weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. He is a pretty cool guy.

Great company for cleaning your pool! . After struggling with another company for years being told the problem was with my older pool keeping it clean, I found Integrity via a mailer. Since the first visit I have been extremely pleased with everyone at this company and my pool has been beautiful! Matt L is so nice and does a wonderful job on his weekly cleaning visits. Sarah Y the Cleaning Team Manager is super helpful anytime i have a question about the pool. Overall great company with great employees! ð

As a result of the ice storm my pool was in horrible condition. My tech from Integrity has been all that I could ask for . Professional, knowledgeable and responsive by text as to weekly updates.

Integrity Pools resurfaced my pool last summer and did a wonderful job. They now do my weekly maintenance. As a result of last winter's storm, my equipment was damaged and I had agreed to have Integrity Pools come out and repair it. In the interim, my plumbing was re-directed to at least filter the water so I could use my pool during the summer months. This was done by a gentleman named Anthony T. and I am deeply grateful for the job he did. Recently he came out and repaired all the damaged equipment, and again reset the plumbing, so my pool is back to it's original condition. Anthony is the epitome of a professional. He is extremely personable, professional, and the care he shows for his handiwork is indicative of the type of person he is. He was training a new assistant during this latest process and the way he explained, demonstrated, and critiqued the work being done was extremely impressive to listen to. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Anthony and what he did for me. Highly, highly recommend Integrity Pools as everyone I've met from the company is definitely 5 star caliber, and the company IS the employees.

I was most impressed with the service I received from Integrity Pools. Anthony T. arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained everything in detail. He installed the equipment in a professional manner. He never seemed rushed and was willing to explain and demonstrate how the new equipment worked. I highly recommend Integrity Pools for superior service and their exceptional support technicians. They are the best!

***DO NOT USE INTEGRITY POOLS*** They need to change their name because they act with anything but integrity and do not know the first thing about customer service. They do not return voicemail messages or reply to emails. They try to blame the customer for issues when in fact, if they would listen to their voicemail messages, read their emails, and then act accordingly, in my case, they could have alleviated any issues. The company attempts to place blame on the customer and the weather. Our contract was to start work between August 16-Sept 3. Admittedly there was rain on August 16-18; however, there were no weather issues after that, yet still, no calls from the company to advise of the status to start the work. When I was FINALLY able to reach a live person, Jill told me that my project was marked yellow for some reason which meant not ready to schedule. She stated she had no clue why someone would do this and that as yellow, that is why no one had contacted me and that no one would be contacting me. Of course, there was no apology, contact from management, which I requested several times, and no attempts to remedy the situation. This company is unprofessional and again does not know the first thing about integrity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Lucas is an exceptional worker, He was polite and very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. Since the ICE STORM in February I have had nothing but issues with my pool. Then came Integrity Pools and Lucas. He brought my pool back to life and I am very very grateful for his help, attention and expertise. As a side note I would also like to commend Amanda who was very helpful and made the process so much easer for me. GIVE THEM BOTH A RAISE. Highly Recommend

I dont recommend Integrity Pools. Cant get them to respond to phone calls, emails or texts. Quick to take my money but now that the have my final payment I cant seem to get them to fix the spa light they disconnected and left hanging out of the wall.

My pool was serviced by Josiah who always provided excellent work and customer service. His promotion within the company is well-deserved but he will be missed! Customer service has been top-notch at Integrity. During the recent storm (Feb 2021), I was concerned about how to winterize my pool and was able to to be walked through by video call with a service tech the steps that needed to be taken. Saved me endless worry and potential money in repairs!

This was my first experience with Integrity Pools, but I was impressed. Customer service, scheduling, and communication was BETTER than any pool company I've used previous. They had to come out and correct an issue caused by another pool repair company.... and what I thought was going to be a major issue to correct.. they were able to resolve quickly with very good work. I will DEFINITELY use them for my next pool repair needs.

Steven (Sales Person) is a very nice person. The issues are with the companys subcontractor. We had coping, tile, and mastic replaced. Neither sub showed up at the scheduled times. Neither of them communicated when they completed the job. I had to stop the tile and coping crew from leaving and have them clean up the mess they left in the hot tub area. The mastic crew did a very unprofessional and poor quality job. They had to return 3 times to fix their work. a scheduled 3-day project turned into a 3-week project.

Pool technician showed up as scheduled and performed cleaning maintenance as per contracted services.

My pool has never looked better. I am very pleased with the service I've received from Integrity Pools.

Broken backwash pipe was repaired quickly. Garin was my main pool tech..very nice & courteous & did a fantastic job keeping the pool sparkling. Any time I contacted the company, they were quick to respond & resolve any issues.
