Integrity Pools

We recently purchased a new home with our first pool. I researched pool maintenance companies and called a handful of them unsure of what to expect. Based on my research I decided to go with Integrity Pools and am very pleased with my decision. Their prices are competitive with other companies that I reached out to and their service has been stellar. Noah has been our main service guy for several months and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend Integrity Pools for weekly chemical services and cleanings. If I could give Noah a 10 star rating I definitely wood. He has been a true pleasure. Even the dogs go crazy to go out and say hi! Keep up the great work.

Misty at the office sent Grant for my pool repairs. Not only he correct the previous repair attempt (from another company) he was also able to order the part and make the repairs quickly. Grant was exceptional, he did everything he said he would do and more.

As a consumer, it is always hard to find a company you can trust and recommend to others. I have used Integrity Pools for the past few years ever since they remodeled our pool. They have been fantastic in everything I have needed them to do, but today they have completely exceeded their past exemplary service. I had a company come out and tear out all the trees/shrubs in my backyard. I knew there would be some debris in my pool when they were done, but I did not realize how dingy my pool was going to look afterwards. I ran my pool cleaner 2x and after each cleaning the nets were full of mud. I ran my filter as well, but the water and dirt just were not cleaning up. I called Integrity and asked them if they could come look at it and see what they could do. I told my wife that we might have to drain the pool, clean it and then acid wash it because it looked that bad. That was my opinion, not anything that Integrity told me. I have 2 daughters and I told them it might be a few days before they can swim again. When I woke up this morning, I went out to check the pool to see if my tech Josiah had come out yet. Yes, I know my tech s name because he is been assigned to me for a long time. My dogs even know Josiah. Josiah has always been careful to make sure and close the gate after he comes and goes to make sure my dogs do not get out. He always leaves a nice note when he is done. Today, Josiah out did himself. My pool looks like there was never any dirt in it. I cannot express how grateful I am that I use Integrity Pools/Josiah for all my pool needs. Josiah completely exceeded any/all expectations that I had about what my pool was going to look like today. I highly recommend Integrity Pools.

Convenient, timely service at at fair price.

I had a difficult time judging how many stars to select because some of the quality of work was good by some of their (sub-contractors) and I emphasis sub-contractors because they have very few of their own employees working on our project. As far as Integrity's customer service this was difficult to rate as well because they are all very personable and friendly. They "talk" a lot about their name "Integrity" saying it all, however, that is where it ends because they did NOT stand behind not only the shoddy work done on our tanning ledge and the spa, but they did damage to the functionality of the spa as well. There was significant staining in the plaster which resulted in them having to do many acid treatments and then had to follow up with "soda ash treatments" which corroded and damaged our only 3 year old motor (which we had replaced by another company). NOTE: We not only have documented proof of this complaint, but we have a date by date document with pictures, texts and emails with this company showing how we tried to get these issues resolved. We thought we did our research on this company (even checked the BBB and they had a rating of A+ at the time). So we thought we would file a complaint with the BBB for help in resolution. We found out from them that they do NOT verify their reviews and Integrity Pools would NOT respond to their two requests for response to our complaints. Because of this fact the BBB has lowered their rating to a C+. This fact should NOT be ignored by anyone considering Integrity as their Pool remodeling company! We do not wish for this to happen to any other homeowner so we have created an email account called INTPOOLReview@gmail.com, in the event anyone would like to see the complete review including pictures. If not here is the list of things that went wrong on our project: 1. Stones delivered wrong color and wrong cut 2. Spa jet cutouts were jack hammered out and were three times the necessary size and were not smooth ...very unprofessional looking. 3. Water jet pressure greatly reduced after the pool was put together 4. Significant staining throughout pool. 5. Tile unevenly installed 6. Tile not protected while spraying plaster so grout has plaster in it. 7. Mis-calculation of chemicals to get out staining caused permanent damage to pump and motor so had to have that replaced. 8. Caulk between coping and decking all around the pool was mis-matched. Please note that while some of these issues above did get resolved EACH AND EVERY one of them was caught but us (the homeowners) and not by Integrity Pool. When I asked why a project manager or David (the salesman who told us he would be checking on things and NEVER once did unless we called them out about an issue) I was told they did NOT employ a project manager. It was not until the very end of the project that we were told they "hired one part time". It is also very noteworthy to advise any one who hires Integrity Pool

Integrity Pools has been great to us through every step of our remodel. From sales through checking up with us a couple of weeks after the our pool was complete. They were is constant communication with us through the process and the end result couldn’t have made us happier. Our pool is beautiful now and we can’t wait to use it!

We had a few bumps in the road during our pool remodel but the own of Integrity came to our home and then correct the bumps and we are very satisfied with the overall remodel.

They did a very good job. They were on time and very responsive. Top people to work with.

These guys cleaned & reset all the loose flagstone coping around our pool. They did an excellent job - responsive, efficient, professional, personable, reasonably priced and stuck to their original price quote. Their sales associate David Presender was especially helpful, kind & responsive to work with. These folks do all aspects of pool renovation and install new pools. I highly recommend them.

Matthew did a great job addressing any concerns I had promptly. It's still early to judge quality, but so far everything looks great.

I was contacted almost immediately and had a visit set up quickly. The reps are all very nice and professional. They solved my initial problems and I decided to keep using them for weekly cleaning and service.

I discussed my project with 4 companies before choosing to work with Integrity Pools. They listened to what I said & helped me design it in a way that looks amazing- better than I would have been able to do on my own. We started my project on August 15th and then it poured rain. They stayed in communication and kept the project moving along. My friend hired a pool company and their pool sat with scheduled workers who did not show up. These guys moved faster than expected and are total pros! My pool is amazing and some of the workers were so meticulous and polite- I would have them for dinner. Better experience than I ever could have expected! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Amazing service & was a joy to do- even with the rain!

I couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done. I worked with David and he was great. After we decided what we wanted the work on our spa was done super quick and it looks great! David was very patient in helping us get exactly what we wanted. I would definitely use them again if I needed to more repairs. Great company.
