Very professional and friendly technicians. Took less than two hours for complete removal of old water heater and installation of new unit.

Home Depot is always very good and they have lots of equipments on rent. The price is fair and is based on the equipment.

Overall - Carl (at Home Depot) was a great help and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and I am usually a real pain in the a-- to deal with but he made it great!

They were very polite in the store. Installers were polite. Brought the wrong color carpeting and installed it. They did not mention that the old pad was thicker than new pad. installed the carpet but had a issue with half the room being a slightly different color match then the rest of the carpet. Still trying to get the carpet replaced. It's been over two weeks and nothing has been resolved. I would not use them again.

I was shocked at the estimate they gave me. I did not expect it to be $20,000.00 to replace the cabinet doors.

Their presentations were amongst the most thorough that I got. I liked the quality of the products that they installed. I liked the staff that came out both in terms of their sales and presentation people as well as the installers. I didn't like that I had to deal with multiple subcontractors on the indoor projects like the tile and the countertop. It was an expensive project, and I should have had a project manager dealing with it just like the outside projects did. They were right on time every time.

It has been almost a year since I signed a contract and the job is still not completed. The contracted stated the job would be completed in 8 weeks. I have no idea why they have not finished the job. I contacted them months later with a letter from my attorney stating my contact had been breached. I never heard back from them until several months later. Home Depot said the employees working on my job were fired and they wanted to send a new crew out to finish the job. I requested a new contract be signed before they continued working. I have not heard from them since.
