It turned out very well. They did a great job. They cleaned up there mess. They were on time. They also do all the serving for my air conditioning. They are a very trustworthy company.

I have been using them for ten years, have never checked them out and they have always done a good job for me. They always send somebody who is very professional and I don't have to worry about anything. They always do a nice job for me. Whenever, I have had any problems, they come out quickly and fix it.

I stay with them mainly because of how the company treated my parents several years back. The owner came on a Sunday and it was also a holiday and spent his own time (4-5 hours) working on and fixing the air conditioner in July. He replaced some parts and when he left he didn't charge a single penny because they had there hands full at the time. They made many life long customers because of that.

They showed up on time and did the work efficiently however when they did the diagnostic check they found out that it needed more work done. I now have to wait on them to come back to fix it. They haven't called me back to schedule an appointment yet. I also think that I paid too much.

Their customer service is wonderful.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST AND WAS VERY PLEASED. WE LIVE IN FRISCO AND THERE WASN'T A LOT TO CHOOSE FROM IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE LOCATED IN RICHARDSON SO I WASN'T SURE IF THEY WOULD SERVICE IN OUR AREA. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND THEY GAVE ME AN EXACT TIME OF ARRIVAL INSTEAD OF A FOUR HOUR TIME RANGE. I HATE THAT. THE TECH. WAS A FEW MINUTES EARLY BUT HE CALLED TO SEE IF THAT WOULD BE OK. HE WAS A VERY PLEASANT FELLOW AND AFTER A QUICK CHAT HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I'M SUPER CHEAP SO I THOUGHT THE $148 WAS A BIT HIGH BUT MY HUSBAND THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD. SINCE WE DO HAVE TWO UNITS IF YOU CONSIDER IT BEING $74 DOLLARS FOR EACH UNIT THAT IS A GOOD PRICE. I GUESS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $84 FOR THE ONE UNIT JUDGING FROM THE BILL.

WE HAVE USED HAMMACK SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST - AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE EXTREMELY HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. THIS TIME, THE TECHNICIAN WAS PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HONESTY!
