Group Rate Electricity

2013 last 6 months April meter read to October meter read i used 10,575 kilowatts @ 6.5 for 687.32 dollars + 125.00 fee total cost was 818.32 or 7.74 cents per kilowatt final cost. For the same time period last Year with Reliant Energy my cost way 1,310.98. Not quite 500 dollars but very nice savings on peak usage times. Added surprise was when i called up to switch to this company the Owner took the call and when i called back later a month ago same thing happened. They also have a solution for peak usage i am considering having installed. Very pleased with service and i highly recommend them.

He was on vacation, and yet he called me back! He said to have the batteries to my husband's portable oxygen machine charged at all times, because the electric co. could not help there. He did say that we should register that info with them so they can't cut off our electricity for non-payment.

A simple phone call to them and they did eveeything to get the lowest possible electric rates form. All for a very nominal charge.

My Electrical service was switched seamlessly, my access to the new electrical account was checked and reported to me, the automatic payments from my bank account transferred all without my raising a finger. The Service (it is not free) has paid for itself already with lower electrical bills.
