NOTE: CLIENT DID NOT USE OUR SERVICES BUT DID CALL US BREIFLY It is our goal at Get Organized! that when given the opportunity to provide a service, that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. We have policies in place to not only give the client the most positive, life-changing experience possible, but also to protect the health and welfare of our organizers. In this case, [Member Name Removed] purchased a consultation online to have our company meet with her about garage organization. I, (owner, Lorraine Brock) replied to her query quickly and explained that due to the extreme heat of our Texas summers, we do not have our organizers work in garages during the hot Texas months. I told her that most organizing companies do not work in extreme heat, but that I would be happy to schedule the work in the fall. If however she wanted the work done immediately, she could request a refund through Angie’s List, and look for another company to assistance. At the end of the conversation I felt that the client understood and although disappointed, would pursue the refund option. I did check back and the client received her refund. The notice of the poor review came as a surprise. I felt like I responded quickly and professionally to her query and spoke fairly about our company and policies. Not all clients can be a perfect match in all areas, but in this case it was based on very little interaction and certainly not on quality of service. The client mentioned that we do not do anything in the summer. This is a misstatement, as we provide daily services to clients all over DFW during the summer months outside of garages, attics and storage units with no air-conditioning. It would not be a healthy situation for our organizers or the clients who many times work side-by-side with us for hours at a time. We would be pleased to speak with [Member Name Removed] to discuss options to fulfill her organizing needs and ask that she contact us at her convenience.
