FullerBrush Cleaning Service

I use to use another cleaning crew that consisted of 5 Mexican ladies that were heaven-sent, but my contact changed her number so I was looking for a new cleaning company. I found Fuller Brush on Angie's List. I called and gave told them the size of my house explaining all the rooms and the level of detail I was looking for. Fuller gave me an estimate of 8 manors($250-300) to clean my house. We scheduled for Wednesday the following week. No one arrived and eventually we rescheduled for later in the week. Then the made arrived late and was rushed because it was an overwhelming tasks. Then the next day 2 more ladies arrived to finish the task. And then it was proposed a 3rd day. My mother was very unhappy with the service and refuses using Fuller again. I understand sometimes things can go wrong, but so much had gone wrong this time and end the end I was left paying 2-3 TIMES more than what was estimated and the task too 2 days ( 22 man hours) more than expected. Needless to say, I am unhappy with a company that fails to meet your expectations and I will not use them again. If you use Fuller Brush, I hope you have a better experience than I do and end up paying what you expect.

I have used this service for over a year. While the person Vicki sends to clean for me may vary from time to time, the service itself has been very good. Vicki always calls if there is a change necessary and offers me options that make sense. Never has a cleaning person just not shown up, a problem I've had with other house cleaning services.

FULLERBRUSH DID A FAIR JOB. I DID NOT THINK IT WAS THE BEST CLEANING EVER. THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT WAS THE DIFFERENT CLEANING PEOPLE THAT WOULD BE SENT OUT. IT WAS PREFERABLE TO HAVE THE SAME PERSON EVERY TIME. EVERYONE WAS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

ONLY ONE PERSON SHOWED UP WHEN TWO WERE PROMISED. THEY QUOTED $15 PER HOUR FOR 1 PERSON, AND $30 PER HOUR FOR 2 PEOPLE. EVEN THOUGH ONLY ONE PERSON CAME, THE OWNER SAID $30 PER HOUR, PER PERSON WAS THE DEAL.
