Response was quick, scheduled an appointment for the next day, work was completed with fully explanation of what was wrong and what was being done. Arguably a little pricey, but overall worth it for response, customer service, and results.

He was on time but could not determine or fix the problem. Left it completely disassembled. Had to pay a trip charge for nothing. We would not use Fireplace Pros again.

Mario arrived on tine and communicated with me prior to ensure we would be at my house at the same time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my gas fireplace broken pilot light and recommended repair, which I approved. He completed the repair quickly and I am very happy. I had contacted many repair companies about this and never got a call back or answer to email so Mario s timely response and quick repair were fantastic! Highly recommended.
