Best customer service ever! As another reviewer said, in addition to providing an excellent product, Fancy Interiors provides absolutely the best customer service you'll ever find. In late 2018, I ordered 2 shutters for my living room windows. When the guys arrived to install them, although the shutters were beautifully built and priced right, I realized I hadn't successfully communicated what I wanted, so the end result wasn't what I expected: specifically, each shutter opened on just one side, with no center break, whereas I thought I'd ordered shutters that would open in the center. It was clearly just a miscommunication, and the work was so good that I wrote a positive review, but I did suggest that anyone ordering shutters from any company should think about providing a sketch or photograph to avoid making the same mistake I had. Bruce saw my review and promptly called me and said "We'll make it right; tell me exactly what you want". I did and he replaced the two shutters with exactly what I wanted at no additional charge to me. Needless to say, when I need more shutters, Fancy Interiors is the company I'll use. I highly recommend this company!
