Euro Design Build Remodel

Description of Work: Several projects including a entire gut of the upstairs. My home was built in 1994 by a builder who cut corners and used inferior products. I’ve worked with Melinda, Seval and the Euro team several times over the last few years to correct the many problems this home happens to have. The Euro team does excellent work with both Melinda and Seval closely monitoring and supervising each project. I’ve found the Euro team to be very professional and trustworthy. They arrive on time and go straight to work. They appear much like a strong, proud family of ethical, committed individuals striving for perfection; performing each task with a strong attention to detail. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to Melinda for listening. She talks with you to discover exactly what you want, need, your budget requirements and what’s most important to you; then she does her magic. She creates beautiful designs, but believes as I do, that beauty without the function to meet your needs is worthless. This year, I asked Melinda to start at the stairway and then gut my entire upper floor consisting of a large sitting area, master bed, bath and closet. The vaulted ceilings were popcorn, nail pops and water stains. The bath area had cracked floor tiles in the shower, a leaky spa tub with no access panel and vinyl flooring cracking and peeling around the commode and baseboards. The wall texture was cracked and had fallen off in some areas. The sitting area had three massive windows that wouldn’t lock, had no required lintel support and allowed in dust and dirt. Around the window, the wall and ceil were also water damaged. Now the entire upstairs is breathtaking. All the inferior and substandard items replaced with quality products. Shabby and nonfunctioning replaced by a beautiful serene retreat. I couldn’t be more pleased. In addition to the upstairs, the pantry shelves had 12 vertical supports installed to correct sagging. The existing kitchen stove vent hood was removed and reinstalled after wood and screws were added to the under cabinet so the hood could be held in place correctly. Both the patio French doors and front entry door were replaced. The new doors are stunningly beautiful, greatly enhancing the look of both entries; but more importantly dramatically increased the safety and security of the house. I highly recommend Melinda, Seval and the entire Euro Design team. I will most definitely work with them again on any future projects.

Description of Work: We hired Euro Design to completely remodel our master bath.

Description of Work: Remodeled Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, 2 Guest Bedrooms, Study, Entry Area, Removed fake window from previous kitchen remodel and bricked up area, applied stone around doorway between living area and gameroom. They were very professional, always on-time, and always use the same workers. The stone guy does the best work I've ever seen. They will charge more than other contractors, but the quality of the work and the customer service is well worth it. Ann, the executive assistant, is incredible at helping to choose the best products for the project. The owners, Melinda and Seval, are always available by telephone, text, or e-mail and do respond quickly to any concern. It is true concierge service: much better than the last contractor we had. They typically have about a 6 month wait list but the wait is worth it. By the time the project was complete, we knew everyone on the team so well that we felt like part of their family.

Description of Work: We have EURO Design Build Remodel doing a very comprehensive remodel of four bathrooms, closet and a kitchen.

Description of Work: I noticed that I had some rotting wood on the 2nd floor of the home. My friend had used Euro before. They came over, looked, and discovered that my garage didn't have a full support beam. They also noticed that my kitchen window was structurally defective. They fixed all of this, along with the painting of my entire house. We didn't have enough gutters, so they tied into existing gutter to take around the back of the home. They also installed a downspout. It was a lot of fixing up my home, bringing it up to date and fixing the structural repairs that were much needed around the home.

Description of Work: Our master bath was gutted and redone in an old world style. Special wall treatment, new shower built of travertine and marble, a large Jetted tub, custom cabinets with custom pull outs and self-closing drawers, travertine tile floor with radiant heat system, tankless hot water heater, all done to perfection. We also had a leaded glass window installed to replace old window. Melinda has such style that although this remodel went well over what we had initially wanted to spend, it was worth every penny! If you want a discount remodel, this is not the contractor for you. If you want the bathroom you have always dreamed of and will contribute to the value of your home, then this contractor will deliver. Very pleasant and professional staff and subs. We highly recommend this company.
