Innocent was excellent. He was professional and fast. He came with all the supplies and understood about being careful with UV window coatings. He was comfortable moving things that were blocking his access to the windows. His demeanor was very pleasant. He made me happy as he left! And the work was exquisite. It's like I'm looking out of my windows into a cleaner world!
