Not well. The first problem was when the technician stated that the special did not include the chemicals to clean the carpet - that cost would be extra. The carpet was pretreated with stain remover before testing to see if it would react - it did; the stain pretreatment left brown stains around the spot being cleaned. The technician pulled the machine across the off white carpet which left clean stripes with the other stripes being dirty - created a mess! Then to make matters worse, he said the residual smell could be corrected by applying a cinnamon scent - again, did not test to see if it would react with the carpet and did not ask if it was wanted. The scent left large brown spots. Now the "cleaned" carpet is striped with different shades due to improper use of the machine and has brown blotches all over the carpet. The technician said it was the best he could do and would not listen when we complained. The company did send someone out to reclean the carpet, but there are still stains left over from the scent that was applied and they have refused to do anything about it. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
