 + -1 moreI placed a service call to my home warranty, as my outside AC fan was not working. I was not in town at the time of the service but someone was at the house. I received a phone call from the guy stating I needed more Freon, a second capacitor and a coil cleaning. I agreed. He did fix the fan issue but charged me $50 for the coil cleaning. He did not clean them. I took the shroud off and cleaned the coil myself with a Coil Cleaning product. They were filthy. Prior to my cleaning I requested he return to inspect the unit. He did not return. I advised him he owed me $50 for services not rendered and I questioned the addition of Freon and the second capacitor. He has not reimbursed me. Do not use this company.
