It all went perfect. Best investment!. Drip is great because with Plano water restrictions can't always water with sprinklers. Always prompt when I call with questions, and I definitely would recommend them. Very professional never had a problem. Works like planned

Delta Irrigation was awesome! They showed up on time, early actually, and started to trouble shoot a non-working zone of my irrigation system. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. I had another company give me an estimate that was over $1000.00 because they would have to dig up the yard to find the problem. Delta Irrigation didn't dig up my yard but still fixed the problem. I think the other company was looking for a big payday or the workers were young guys without the experience of this company. Delta Irrigation also showed some things I could do to make my system work better. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Showed up on time, fixed everything (bad valve and found/fixed where wiring had been cut). Great price and didn't leave a mess. Would recommend!

I called on 8/21. Cody the owner said I would hear from a technician the same afternoon. He checked my system out and determined what was wrong and came back out the next day and completed the job. The service was fantastic they were great. The reason I picked them because a friend at my church had used them before. I checked them out on Angie's List and the reviews were great and they even had a coupon.

They service Anna, TX!!! I called 8 companies that claimed to service Collin County (they did not claim to service "parts" or "most of") and they would not come up to Anna. I talked to Cody and he not only serviced Anna, he was able to have his tech come out that day/night. We were in a crunch for time to fix the system and Keith, the tech, came out even though it was very late. He figured out what the inspector meant when he wrote "behind the fence line". We had no idea one of our sprinkler heads wasn't even in our yard! He checked all of the zones and adjusted a few heads. He also repaired 2 broken heads. And it was all for a reasonable price. We were very happy with their service.

They were wonderful. I was pleased with the people I worked with. The guy that came out, Cody, was great. He came back every day to check up on the work and make sure it was going alright. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

How many times have you watched a contractor leave your home and you think, omg that was awesome?!?! Tim professionally executed the job, inspired confidence, and made me feel like a treasured friend/mom/daughter, like someone whose welfare he truly cared about. Again, we?re talking about an irrigation contractor here! Tim was awesome, as I predict all of Cody?s employees are equally talented. Cody warned me that their hourly costs may be higher, but the result would be a lower cost because the techs are so experienced/efficient. I am now a believer.

I would recommend them. They immediately respond and everything went smoothly.

Overall, the quality of work was very good. All the personnel seemed to know their job very well. They got the work done in a pretty timely manner and everything seemed to work just fine when they were complete.

The entire experience with Delta Irrigation was very good, and the work was well done. Cody came back promptly after the installation when I had further questions about the system. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Incredible. They were prompt, polite, clean and wasted no time in completing the job. They left the lawn (had to dig trench), flagstone, etc. pristine. "Very" reasonable rate for the multiple jobs. A RARE FIND.

Professional install. I was impressed with the clean up and way they repacked the dirt back into the trenches.

If you want quality products and workmanship, Delta is the way to go. Owner Cody Ray came to my home to assess my need and returned with a detailed schematic of the work to be done along with information showing the products Delta uses, only top-rated materials. Cody has been in the irrigation business 30 years and his foremen have been with him for over 20 years, true professionals. The work was started and completed in a few days--no running off to take care of other business. The workmen were courteous and careful and cleaned as they went. There was nothing left for me to do. The new system is terrific and my former shabby lawn is green and thick, and the dead-looking spots are thriving. Delta isn't the least expensive option, but the quality and service are the best money can buy.

. After obtaining 4 estimates that ranged from $6200 to $3400 it was clear that Delta was the best overall value. Their 5-year warranty was the best of all the estimates and they have been in the business for 25 years. They clearly know what they are doing and Cody, the owner, was adament about standing behind their work. Employees are incentivized based on quality and lack of call-backs. All-in-all they did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the result.

This company installed the sprinkler system and they really treat thier existing customers well when it comes to repairs.

They are amazing! They come quickly, are very efficient, considerate, and polite. They do a great job! They are very fair with pricing. They charge by the hour, with a one hour minimum. I had them out for a small job and when they finished they used the rest of the hour to inspect and adjust the system.

They are punctual amd easy to work with. They are professional. Three weeks later, though, I had a broken head. I had my lawn guys, who broke it, replace it. They chose something from Home Depot which didn't last. I can't fault him for this but he didn't question this when he came out.

All well upfront, until had the money. Then they delayed the install several times, didn't pull the permit despite having told me they had when asked (so we got red-tagged by the city and then had to wait for permit before they could continue). They didn't install the proper heads (come to find out) for the bed types, had promised to come back and make some adjustments once we got our landscaping plan from architect but didn't respond to calls to come out. Just called them to ask if they happened to still have our survey (since they are the ONLY people we have ever given it to) and they say they don't have the original or a copy and were quite rude and put out that they had to go to the trouble of pulling the file (it took like 30 seconds only). Whole attitude was just not pleasant and like we were a nuisance. The funny thing is that the REASON I needed the survey is we're putting in a pool and part of that is going to be re-jiggering the irrigation, and was considering asking them to do the work (since they did original and still owed us some adjustments) but after that attitude I told him no way would I use them. I'd rather pay someone extra to do the adjustments and the extra work from the pool install.
