+ -1 moreMy (2870 sq ft) split- level house needed some carpentry (repair) work and a complete exterior paint job. Mike D'Aurelio was very accurate with his estimate of cost and work schedule. The carpentry and prep took ~4 days; the painting took 2 days. He separated carpentry work by cost of materials + hourly rate. Painting was priced by the job and cost of materials. He and his workmen were on time and respectful. They were attentive to not damage anything surrounding the exterior, such as moving our bar-b-q and smoker away from (and back near) the house. We were also informed to move the cars so as not to get paint on them. Mike also warned my neighbors on both sides when he started to (spray) paint.I felt very comfortable having Mike around; I felt that he was completely trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him for further projects.
Description of Work: Carpentry / exterior repair scattered around my house. Some panels were rotted; some had holes from woodpeckers. Mike had some good ideas and presented them in a balanced way. The exterior needed a new paint job, also. Because my house was built before the mid-70's, I also had to have the old paint tested for lead. Mike explained this and made the paperwork seem less laborious.
