They sent out the owner who did a complementary energy audit - we followed his advice and blew insulation in our attic and wrapped the ductwork. Our energy bills have been reduced dramatically!

The crew was prompt and incredibly quick. I have no way of knowing how thoroughly the dryer vent got cleaned, but since the plumbing company wanted to charge me $200 for the service, I thought that I would take the chance on Climate Doctors.

Outstanding. I would not have thought so much work would be required. They got on the roof - had to rework the vent cap, etc to clean the vent. Reattached, caulked, etc. AAA++++

Angie's had a deal for $149 to clean and sanitize air ducts. They disclosed the details on the phone when I called to set the appointment. The representative advised that more than 10 vents would incur an additional fee. A crew of two came on schedule, counted the vents and returns, and went to work. They completed the invoice, collected the amount disclosed in the work order and helped us return the registers to their appropriate places after sanitizing. We are happy with the results. We declined the free energy audit as we have done many energy-efficient improvements to our home already.

This is not the first time I have used Climate Doctors, and I m always pleased with the professionalism with which the staff performs its job. They are always extremely polite and respectful of homeowner property, cleaning up every trace of dirt or dust resulting from their work. This is the first time I have not given them straight A's. They were 15 - 20 minutes late, and since I was the first appointment of the day, I was not expecting the delayed start. Minor since the work was absolutely fine.

I bought a coupon for them. They did fine. They came an hour early. They told me I didn't owe anything extra. They did the coupon. They did great. They answered questions. They did all the work they said they were going to do. They were an hour early, so that was great. This is the second time I have used them.

From the appointment scheduling to the time of the cleaning, everything went smoothly. Maria was in constant contact with me. The day of the appointment, I was not able to make it home but sent my daughter and mother in law to be at the house at the time scheduled. The techs called me about 2 1/2 hours before our scheduled time to see if they could come then but I was attending a funeral and could not accept the time change. They were prompt, kind, courteous, cleaned after themselves. I could tell immediately that my vents were clean. I will use them again.

They said they do not clean the registers that they take off the ceiling. The plastic registers needed to be professionally cleaned and this did not happen. I thought this was ridiculous. I would definitely not hire this company again.

Went well. Technician was on time and very professional. But the technician did not have any instrument to check for airflow after the cleaning but instead relied on manual inspection which can be tricky sometimes.

I can't thank these guys enough! They gave us a great deal and went above and beyond what we had hired them to do. They are going to come back out and take care of a few other things that they can do besides insulation. I can't recommend them enough. They are very punctual, professional, and very friendly. Even our dogs approve of them! Even before they were finished, I already noticed a VERY big difference in the temperature in the house. Instead of the AC running all day and it being 6-10 warmer than I prefer, it stays at the temperature I want it. The AC runs 1/4 of the time instead of running all day.

Asked for a quote ahead of time. 149 special for the 10/1 then 20 bucks per vent and 30 per return additional for a total of 549. you would think since they were already going to be there the additional units would be more of a "prorated price" instead of a rip you off price. I didn't use them.
