Very well. The audit confirmed my suspicions about little to no insulation in my attic and pointed out other issues. Very knowledgeable. No hard sales pitch. Coming out later in week to add insulation, clean air ducts and replace dryer vent.

The technician punched a hole in the "line" between the dryer and the wall. Lint and moisture everywhere. Lint backed up into the dryer. The smell was so awful we thought there was a fire. Thank the Lord we didn't start the dryer and leave - who knows what might have happened. Huge deep scratch in the tile, after our suggestions to prevent this were ignored. Paid extra for a "long line" however; the technician did not bring a long enough line to clean completely. When the appointment was made we were very very upfront about our situation. He assured that the line was completely clear and if it wasn't that they would come back "one hundred times if necessary". We have been calling and emailing since the issue was discovered - WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE! - we are extremely disappointed. We paid in full on the spot - with a check - as they indicated they would upcharge if paid with CC. So now we don't really have any recourse. Complete failure on the part of Climate Doctors. Do NOT use this service!!!

We were very pleased. Chase and Frank arrived at the exact time scheduled. They worked efficiently and professionally and did a great job.

Service techs arrived on time, were courteous, thorough, and took care to protect my furniture.

After a couple of minor scheduling glitches, the friendly tech arrived, quietly and unobtrusively vacuumed out the ducts in each room, replaced the filter for me, and left no traces of his work behind. Will definitely be calling them when it’s time to clean the ducts again!

Excellent. Two men did the job and were persistent in getting the vent fixed...which had a very bad clog in it.

The crew called and asked if they could come early. We agreed on an earlier time then scheduled. Their two man crew were very professional. They found black mold in our vents. They showed it to us and then made recommendations to prevent it from coming back. Then they cleaned all of the vents.

Two technicians did a very good job cleaning out the dryer and the vents.

Very informative and helpful staff, both when making the appointment and providing the service. This was the first time the ducts were cleaned (in 16 years!), so I expected the process might be a little messy, but not at all! The owner scheduled a time to come by later and do a free inspection of the attic along with recommendations for additional work for insulation, vents, etc. No pressure tactics, but good information and patience in answering my questions. I would definitely use then again for this or other projects.

The team did a great job. They arrived on time and worked hard to ensure the vent was completely clean from the inside and the outside, even though it wasn't immediately obvious where the dryer was venting to outside. All of this was done during some pretty abysmal weather. I would definitely use Climate Doctors again.

The gentlemen who performed the work damaged our doorways and scuffed our walls. They also did not clean the returns at all, but charged us for the work.

They were professional and knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves. We are well pleased.

The 2-person team arrived on time and let me show them the issue that builder had a put bend in the exhaust pipe. They disconnected the piping, cleaned then reattached with better strapping to keep it from pulling out of the ceiling vent
