Description of Work: After having my blinds taken down by painters, the valence across the top would not stay up. A lot of blind companies do not list "repairs" as one of their services, but Blind Depot did. The serviceman knew exactly how to replace the clips that hold up the valence. He fixed the one that had fallen off and 3 others that were loose. It looks great.

Description of Work: Our blinds required a cut to accommodate a chair-rail and wainscotting. That was no problem to them and no extra charge. The big box stores had told me it just wasn't possible to make such a custom cut. The installer was amazing and did the necessary cuts and fitting while installing blinds. |We feel like we got a good price and top quality blinds.
