Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. They replaced my windshield on time and appear to have done a good job.

Great. They were prompt and courteous. Gave me many options and made recommendations about what would suit the space the best. I had gotten two other bids that were not satisfactory. I ordered the glass and they came and installed it. They had a two day delay because the manufacturer did not include all the parts but they communicated with me and scheduled the install at my convenience the same day the parts came in. Great people. Beautiful work.

The contract was to fabricate and install a frameless shower door and panel. They showed up a day and a-half late with a framed unit. They had gotten the order completely wrong. The original quote was for about $1700 which was the fair market price for a fully-frameless enclosure based on two quotes we solicited from other vendors. They later confirmed that their quote was for a framed door, a much cheaper alternative. (We were working with them through a contractor, so we never saw the written quote, just a verbal one.) This makes their prices 30-40% higher than quoted by two other reputable vendors in the area. Their offer to "make things right at the quoted price" rang hollow, since the price was already inflated by 40%. Even correcting their blunder, they were still positioned to make a profit. That's a lot of chutzpa. We cancelled the contract and went with another vendor. Damage to the tile walls had to be repaired at our expense. Futher note: They had called and made an appointment to install the door on a Tuesday. I waitied at home for them to show up. They never showed and did not call to let me know they would not be there that day. A call to them late in the day revelaled that they "probably forgot" they had made an appointment. The installation was rescheduled for Wednesday at 1 pm. At 12:50, they called to say that they were delayed until 2 pm. They did not show up until 3:15 pm.

Showed up as promised, bid was exact to final cost. Had order ready early. Very knowledgeable and experienced to help me make decisions about options.
