 + -1 moreHe quoted us a price of $425. But when he came to the house, he charged us $700 and acted like he was doing us a favor by not making it even more, since we paid with a debit card. I feel like he did a "bait and switch" on us!
Description of Work: He was told that a pipe broke while installing an icemaker.
