 + -1 moreThey do a good job for me. I value their responsiveness and their professionalism. The customer service is great. I've had to have them out for repairs and they come very quickly. I also trust their opinions and feel like I'm getting the best advice with them.
Description of Work: They checked my central air conditioning unit this spring. They took it apart and cleaned all of the parts. I have a 2300 square foot home.

 + -1 moreVery poor installation of a heating and air conditioning unit. Cannot recommend this company.
Description of Work: I purchased a Heating/AC unit from this company. The installation was $1500 because they removed all the ductwork and installed new. The unit, in the attic, fell from the metal straps before the 1 year warranty was up. I'm a 60+ year old woman who hates to go into the attic and did nothing to cause it to fall. They resuspended at no charge because the year wasn't up yet. Now I have found out that even more of the installation is not a quality job. There is no mastic around the air return, several of the ducts have no collars or mastic and the amount of cold or hot air escaping into the attic is estimated to be 30-40%. This is costing me money every month. I have notified the company, Appliance & AC Clinic on BeltLine, and the BBB. The company will not repair the sloppy installation. I would not recommend them for A/C or appliances as they do not stand behind their products.

 + -1 moreNOT ONLY ARE WE WARM IN THE WINTER, WE'RE COLD IN THE SUMMER. THEIR WORK WAS WELL DONE AND THEY DESERVED ALL THE COMPLIMENTS WE GAVE THEM.
