1st visit warranted a "B" rating in all categories. Our 2nd visit was not as good an experience. We arrived about 1:30 am.. At 11:50 one of the service ladies announced that APEX was closing at noon (normal Saturday closing time). She then said loudly and clearly that all waiting customers not already being served would NOT be served that day The 6 waiting customers were told to leave and come back on a later day. She commented that next time perhaps they should make a reservation. No effort was made to see if any customer had reason to need a product that day. Four customers left. We and one other customer continued to wait. We eventually received service but it was clear that the service rep was not happy that we did not leave when told to. I believe that customers in a business prior to the closing time should be served. Apparently either APEX does not agree or they have so many customers that they can tell some to go away.

They have many different stores and they sell a bunch of faucets and kitchen stuff. Water heaters, fixtures, faucets, valves, pipes, tubing, tools and all the repair parts that are needed to do the job they sell. They have been in business for over 30 years, I believe. They were excellent. They told me about when it would be in. they called me when it did come in, so I could tell my plumber to go pick up the stuff. I would use them again.
