American Replacement Windows

We needed to replace the original windows in our 16 year old house. These windows were leaking and had started to cloud over to the point that we could not see out of some of them. After interviewing five contractors, we went with American Replacement Windows to replace 36 windows and a glass back door. That's right 36 windows. If we were going to have all these windows replaced, we wanted to be confident in our contractor. American Replacement Windows installed the windows and a new glass back door to perfection. The windows make the house look like a new house. From the design to the installation, American Replacement Windows were fantastic in installing the windows and cleaning up any debris, like the old windows and the dust and dirt that comes with house installation projects. Believe or now, the crew even cleaned our dusty blinds. They also made sure they communicated to me exactly where they would be working each day so that I could move my old cat and small dog around to different rooms. We were very satisfied with the outcome. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

Beyond our expectations. The crew was meticulous, true craftsmen. The Simonton windows are incredible, the house is so quiet now. And wow was the ProVia front door worth the extra money. We did a ton of research and this company was wonderful to work with. HIRE THEM!!!

Extremely well organized and professionally executed, and most considerate of family in the house during the installation. Excellent clean-up both indoors and out during and after the installation. Mike was always available, helpful guiding us through the selection process, educating us on the details of how the windows worked and the warranties available, and then registering the purchase for us to have the warranties.

Mike was prompt to respond to an on line inquiry. He replied within minutes, not hours or days. He was flexible with our work schedule and understanding when we had to unexpectantly r eschedule. He was thorough, on time and well priced even beating other quotes we had for the same product. We never asked Mike to get into a pricing war, it was his first quote. From the time we made the first deposit to installation was about ten days and everything went as planned. His team was prompt, clean and timely with the job completion. We look forward to the next phase of our window /door replacement project with Mike and his crew.

It went great! Mike Brewer provides excellent customer service. His crew arrived on schedule and were very professional. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and debris from our yard. The windows look awesome! We can now open them and enjoy the cool fall weather without having to use our air conditioning!
