We are extremely satisfied with our generator purchase. We interviewed several different companies and Alternative Home Energy and Maintenance was the only firm that understood our needs. They did a thorough review of our electrical and gas configuration on the initial sales call, which none of the other companies did. We were provided a detailed, line item quote. The entire team - Tasha Thompson, Jarrod Watson, Robb Taylor, Zack Martin, and James Sanders (plus a couple of other individuals whose names I don't have) were top notch. Tasha did an outstanding job in keeping us informed every step of the way. Robb did a thorough walkthrough and was a no-pressure sales rep, James and Zack did an outstanding job on the installation. I can be pretty high maintenance on jobs like this and Tasha was incredibly responsive to my texts and emails. I can't recommend this firm highly enough. A lot of folks will sell you product, but this team delivers value and customer service at a very competitive rate. Great job, team!

They did a great job of installing the generator and then quickly fixing it when it had an initial failure due to storms.

Fantastic experience from stary to finish. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, timely and informative. The installers were professional, hardworking and explained the process every step of the way. The entire staff are seasoned professionals. I highly recommend installing a Generac home generator. It like an insurance policy by providing security, electricity, heat or AC and peace of mind in the event of a power outage. I highly recommend a Generac Generator - and they are portable from home to home if you ever move.

I had Alternative Install my generator about 16 months ago and the provide maintenance. They’ve done a fantastic job! I contact them about surge protectors for generator and whole house and they quoted a price. Gustavo and Eric came to do the work and Gustavo showed me that I needed fewer surge protectors resulting in lower cost. Gustavo and arrive were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patiently explained what they were doing. They were both exceedingly polite, which appreciated since it was 6:30 at night and 27 degrees out. Great company to work with!

Well, I am glad my generator is working. When the truck arrived, he quickly saw the problem, walked over to the outside panel, and flipped two switches. And since the generator hadn't run in nearly a year, I did agree to buy a battery. Although Gus was a friendly fella I was put off a $405. Charge.

These guys were amazing. Not only did they install my juicy box (name I gave my genny) they also resolved a issue with a gas line problem that was keeping my water heater from running properly. They came out after hours to fix it and wouldn't let me pay them even though it wasn't their issue. Can't go wrong with using their service.
