All Surface Refinishing

It went very well. I had a tub that was in very bad shape. Carlos showed up on time and fixed all of the damage and did a great job resurfacing. It took a long time, but it was a pretty big mess. I could not believe how beautiful it looked. I'm very happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

The main reason we decided to go with all surface was the warranty applied to their work. Horacio was on time and professional. He looked at our tub and assessed that the original refinish had been installed incorrectly. He then proceeded to strip the finish off to apply the new work. However when he finished stripping the old finish off, he asked us to look at the tub and recommended that we didn’t even need the new finish because the tub was in great shape. The tub indeed looked perfect with the original porcelain and he ended up saving us over $200. We have some other work to be done on other properties and will definitely be contacting these guys again.

A very professional technician arrived on time and he did a beautiful job. I was getting the house ready to sell and the master bathtub had been damaged by someone using abrasive cleaners. The tub and surround now look great. Everyone that has seen it including the realtors have said it looks great. My realtor like the job so much he asked for the a referral for his own home.

These guys did a great job stripping and refinishing our old bathtub. It looks good as new. Sure, the smell is going to be strong for 24 hours, but it would’ve been no matter who we went with. These guys were courteous, kind and hard working. Our bathtub looks brand new and I am so pleased I went with them. I thought I would add my experience with them here because it was so easy and pleasant. Check out my before and after pics, too. Super crazy. They did a great job! On time and very professional. I was very happy with the results. The garden tub would have cost us a lot to be replaced because of the tile work and shape of it in the space involved!

They called me back within 24 hours to schedule an appointment within the week. They arrived on time and met the expectation they gave me of one full day of work, then returned the next day to put the faucets back in place.

They sanded the cultured marble by hand, pasted it, buffed it up, and even removed some discoloration in the cultured marble. What I thought was an impossible cleanup job now looks great!

First, they never tell you that your house is going to smell so bad it is impossible to satay inside for at least one day. They don't tell you if the fumes are toxic either. The first time they came out and sprayed the counters there were no problems. Two days later after the paint dried they returned to wet sand and buff the surfaces, which is part of the process. The worker doing the wet sanding was overwhelmed because there were hundreds of paint defects including smears, dimples and other defects. The worker was also rushed because he said he had other jobs to do and didn't have the time to properly wet sand all the defects in both sinks. Because of all the defects I called All Surface and they agreed to repaint because of all the defects. (resurface both sinks) two weeks later they returned and resprayed both vanities. They were supposed to return and wet sand both counters after the pain dries which is about 2 days. It has been a month already and I have heard nothing from All Surface until today. The owner finally called today and said he needs to send me the involve which I so far have never received. In addition, All Surface has never finished the job, they never wet sanded or buffed out either vanity. They now want to get paid for a job they never finished. After repetive emails and calls to All Surface I gave up and hired someone else to wet sand and buff out the vanities. It took these workers no less than 4 hours to wet sand and buff out both vanities but they still have numerous defects in the surface that cannot be sanded or buffed out. In conclusion, I had my vanities refinished twice. The first time there were so many defects All Surface agreed to respray a second time. After the second spraying All Surface disappeared and never returned to wet sand a he buff out the vanities. After about a month I got tired of waiting and hired someone else to finish the job. All service is also oblivious to the fact that they never finished the job and they want payment right away. I was never even sent and estimate in writing as promised.

Scheduling was straight forward. Job was estimated to take four hours. Job is performed by two different laborers. The first person prepped it and the second person has the vacuum machine and machine to spray the tub. The first person completed his work in about ninety minutes. The second person arrived about two hours late and his portion took about three hours so it was really an eight hour job. When I inspected it as the 2nd laborer was about to leave, the tub had lots of small trash particles in the newly applied finish and lots of bubbles. It didn't look anything close to what the tub originally looked like, it was very obvious it had been refinished. The gentleman said he would arrange for a person to come out and buff the tub three days later, sometimes that is necessary. That person arrived to buff the tub and created several chips in the finish. He went out and purchased some sort of high end paint and filled in the chips. Not sure how long that will last. The smell lingered in the house for about 10 days, but finally went away. The tub still has lots of imperfections. The biggest problem is the new finish is not resistant to any kind of colored soaps or shampoos. The kids use a blue colored shampoo and it stained the finish that All Surface applied. We used Green stuff to clean it and the runs are only slightly noticeable. We have went and found baby type shampoo that is not colored, but basically this end result is not what I expected. I went with All Surface because they were $50 cheaper than some of the top rated folks on Angie's List, kicking myself for doing that.

Working with All-Surface was extremely easy. Derrick is the person to talk to for a quote - very thorough and helpful. After two conversations (and many questions answered) I felt comfortable to move forward with them. He explained in detail the whole process, what was included and any discounts that I could apply to the project. Scheduling was also quick and painless, and our bathroom now looks great! The prep work took longer than the actual spraying and all was done professionally. We were concerned with the smell, but for the most part, the hoses they use exhaust the majority of the harsh smell. Afterwards, the remaining odor was similar to fresh spray paint. We left the window open and within a couple of days, the smell was gone. There is only one thing that i may need to contact them to come back for. There is some "overspray" past where the technician placed plastic to protect our door. The good thing is our door is also white, but there is a distinct difference where the plastic was and was not. But all in all, the project was seamless from estimate to completion, the price was great and we could not be happier with how the end result looks. No more yellow tile! Thanks All-Surface!

The job went perfectly. The company's tub re-finisher showed up on time, prepped the old tub, his assistant arrived, and together they refinished the prepped tub. There was some confusion between the tub refinishing crew and another crew who was laying laminate floor downstairs at the same time, but this was quickly resolved and both crews completed their work on time, at the agreed upon price and with excellent quality. The 10% Angies List special price discount kept All Surface Refinishing competitive with their peers. I was delighted to be able to afford to use them and would not hesitate to use them, again.

Very professional operation. Discussed all details and quoted price via telephone. Workman arrived on time, was very neat (no overspray), and complete the job in about two hours. Returned two days later for about 30 minutes to buff the tub. Would definitely use these people again. Tub looks great !!

I hired them to paint two bath tubs. They did a great job. I took advantage of their Angie's list and multi tub coupons. The tubs look like new.

I called and received a quote with no fuss, and th price was as quoted. The worker was on time an dorofessional. He worked quickly and did a grat job. Later that day, a previously unknown plumbing problem caused an issue. I called the office and he told me what to do and said they would come back out if necessary. AfterI followed their instructions, everything seemed fine, so I didn't call back. But a few days later He called me just check that everything had turned out ok and that they didn't need me to come back out. I thought that was great, most places would not have followed up. I would definitely use the, again and refer the. To all my friends.

Called All Surface to get a price quote, could not have been easier, all handled over the phone. He asked for some measurements and what we wanted, we agreed upon a price and then set a date for them to come out. They told us they needed the colors just a few days before, so there was no hurry or rushing, all very easy. We found the colors we wanted and found a countertop sample that we really liked that had speckles, this was no problem for the crew to make our cultured marble to look just like the sample we saw from one of the stores here locally. The work was scheduled for 2 days, our installer showed up on time the first day, got right to work and assured us, there would be no problems. Any questions we had, were quickly answered and he provided VERY high quality workmanship throughout the time he was here. While they were working in the bathroom, they even used an industrial blower to try and move the fumes out of the house as best they could. The work was fantastic and two days after the refinishing work was done, another individual came out to buff and polish the flat surfaces and take care of any little problems or blemishes. Can't say enough about the work, and for the reasonable price we got, we have a brand new bathroom without having to pay 20X as much to rip out tile and replace everything......couldn't be happier with our choice.
