ACCURATE FENCE CO

I contacted the company on a Tuesday to inquire about the cost to repair a  fence latch. The person who answered the phone explained how they would complete the repair and quoted a price. He was driving and said he would call back on Wednesday to schedule service. I did not receive a call back, and contacted them again on Wednesday. I was told service could be schedule d on Thursday between 11-1pm and I confirmed. At 3 pm, no one had shown up at my house or called. I called and left a message to inquire about the service call, and to date, no one has called me back. I cannot reccomend this company due to their lack of response.

We were referred to Jim Lucas of Accurate Fence Company by our pool builder. Jim came out promptly, looked over the job, gave his recommendations, and an estimate to reinstall our rod-iron fence, which was removed for the heavy equipment for our pool. They were supposed to come out on Tuesday, October 5th, but their previous job took longer than expected (Jim personally came by with the person that was in charge of the job late on the 5th to appologize that they couldn't finish our job on that day -- wasn't a big deal to us that they were one day later). They came out promptly the next morning on Wed October 6, were very professional, and the fence looks brand new. Wasn't a huge job, but they did everything we expected and I think the price was reasonable for the work performed.
