ABC Auto Glass

I waited for my truck in the waiting room. When the truck was done and I started it to drive away after paying I noticed the airbag light was on. It had never been on in 10 years and 230K miles. I went back in and talked to Mike and he said they don't even work near the airbags. Long story short, there was a clean cut in the airbag wiring harness about 1/4" from the windshield. Mike said they didn't remove the A-pillar cover on the inside, but I know they did by the loose cover and missing zip ties I installed myself a year earlier. I took it back to Mike and he was talking with his employees about how they could fix it by splicing the wires back together. NO WAY! After realizing how much this might cost he said he would not claim any responsibility. Also the plastic on the bottom of the windshield wasn't installed properly and a long piece of rubber was left lying over the motor under the hood. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

I arrived at the appointment time, and they pulled my car in right away. Said it would take 1:15 and it was completed in 1:30.

I had called my insurance company and ask what a windshield replacement would cost. The estimated that it would be $375. So I was delighted when I called ABC and they only wanted $219. I schedule it for the next day. I showed up on time and they took the vehicle in right away. They told me in would take 11/2 hours and it took 13/4 hours. The repair was on estimate and done very well. They were even able to save my license and inspection stickers which saved extra hassle. I have use them before for rock chips and was very satisfied with that work.

Great! The estimate we received from ABC Autoglass was at least $100 other places. George showed up on time (at our home - this is a mobil replacement service), replaced the wind screen in our Honda which had been cracked and was finished in just over 2 hrs. George was very courteous and professional. He even managed to remove the toll tag, license and tax decals from the old wind screen and replace them on the new one - which is great as I was expecting to have to replace at least the toll tag. Will definitely keep this merchant in mind for future jobs.
